30/09/2025: The restaurant definitely has potential: it's cute, welcoming, and the waiters are extremely kind and polite. The cuisine is also top-notch, and the food is truly delicious.
Unfortunately, the service management is disastrous and embarrassing. It's unthinkable that there should be only one person in the entire restaurant taking orders: the result is an interminable wait that leads customers to become tired and, in some cases, to leave!
It's not the staff's fault (who deserve respect for their patience and professionalism), but rather the people who organize the work. If the owner thinks this is a strategy, he's very wrong: word of the slow service spreads quickly and risks leaving the restaurant empty—what a great advertisement!
It would be appropriate to review the internal organization, optimize the service, and lighten the workload of those taking orders, learning to respect customers' time.
With the same courtesy from the staff, better management, and maintaining the excellent quality of the cuisine, the restaurant could really make a difference. (PS: I also recommend turning down the music, because with the volume so high it becomes difficult to communicate or call the staff.)
