The store offers expert repairs or replacement parts for Folletto and Thermomix appliances in a reasonable timeframe. I had several parts replaced on my Vorwerk Thermomix because they were worn. They ordered the missing parts and then completed the complete assembly. The organization was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and generous with advice on any repairs or replacement parts. The store staff was very kind and professional.

He's a wonderful, honest, and helpful person. My microwave knob broke. A repair shop charged me 70 euros for it. The guy from ATF found the knob for me for 2 euros. What can I say? Super honest! Thanks!
