We tried Barbarossa restaurant last night for the first time and we loved it! Everything was excellent! Very fresh and delicious fish! My husband, the kids, and I ate everything with gusto! We'll definitely be back! Super friendly staff.

Don't be intimidated by the somewhat brusque welcome from the parking attendant, who doesn't charge for parking unless you use the restaurant's services. The dining room is very spacious and there's a terrace right on the sea, from which, if there's a bit of wind, you might accidentally take a dip. The service is quick and the portions are generous, but the food quality isn't great. On the other hand, the bill is hard to swallow.

Excellent experience!
We had the pleasure of trying the seafood pizza, made with fresh fish and quality ingredients: an authentic flavor that conveys all the passion of the pizza chef, who is truly skilled and attentive to detail. The cacciucco (fish stew) is also highly recommended: rich and flavorful, showcasing the local ingredients.
A special mention goes to the outdoor chiringuito, a new addition that adds value to the experience: sipping an aperitif at sunset in this well-kept and welcoming corner makes the experience even more enjoyable. A beautiful place, well-managed, with an atmosphere that invites you to return. Kudos to the customer service and consistent quality.

Excellent cuisine with generous portions. Nice ciringhito run by a nice and competent guy. The owner of the restaurant is as nice as a kick in the kidneys.

We stopped in the parking lot that offers the possibility of parking for campers at a price of 20 euros per day, without services, but the location directly on the sea is strategic. We had dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed a mussels with pepper, caciucco, an excellent grilled calamari (on request because I explained to the waiter that I was allergic to the shrimp contained in practically all the dishes), then grilled vegetables and tiramisu 2 beers and water. Absolutely recommended so much so that after a couple of days of stay and having decided to move to visit Livorno, we returned!

Big disappointment. After a few months I return to this restaurant for dinner. We order a paella. I know, we are not in Spain, and I am not going to argue about how much a paella it really is, the problem is another. It arrived full of chili pepper, super spicy, I only managed to eat a few bites, and unfortunately it was not written on the menu that the dish was spicy.
The service totally needs to be reviewed, waitress who argues with her colleague and threatens to leave, owner at the cash register, who when you go to pay does not even say hello but only says how much you have to pay. Questionable price..we will not return anymore
