Warm welcome and excellent service. Beautiful venue with plenty of seating, including outside. A wide selection on the menu, from meat and fish starters to main courses and pizzas. Everything is well-cooked and flavorful. Excellent value for money.

I had dinner at Castello restaurant with my family and we were extremely satisfied. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff very kind and helpful. Excellent pizza and a significant improvement in the quality of the food. The seafood and mountain dishes are delicious; you have to try them to appreciate the excellent quality of the products. Fair prices, friendly and professional owner.

This restaurant is located in Conflenti, a small town in the province of Cosenza. It's a truly peaceful place, ideal for relaxing but also for enjoying an excellent Calabrian pizza. The ingredients are top-quality. I tried a small appetizer that truly amazed me with its presentation and the originality and flavor of the dishes. I'll definitely be back for a full lunch. The location could be improved and has a 1990s feel; it could use a modernization. The service and prices are excellent.

07/10/2025: Everything was perfect. Except for the cutlery, which I won't be leaving until they provide it. The only reason to return would be the very kind head waiter, Francesco. He's truly nice.

01/10/2025: Excellent food. Tasty dishes made with local ingredients (the mushrooms are excellent: the salad of ovule mushrooms and the lightly fried porcini mushrooms). Homemade tagliatelle with crumbled sausage, and a tasty, well-aged grilled meat. The wine list is varied, strictly Calabrian, and reasonably priced for its quality. The kitchen is open to the public, and the dining room is clean and tidy. Excellent service. We'd definitely return in good weather, especially for the stunning setting surrounding Mount Covello.
