The food was great and the atmosphere was pleasant. The staff were also really friendly and welcoming. Go in early since the place can get very busy.

The Crostini with deer ham & finferli mushrooms and the Tagliolini in white ragu and black truffles were exquisite. This was easily the best meal in Cortina D’Ampezzo.
No reservations, get there early.

Food was amazing- both my partner and I had the steak dish and it was lovely. A great selection of homemade desserts too. Slightly disappointed in the way the staff treated us- we felt a bit unwelcome as a younger couple.

Amazing food!! Best gnocchi I had in Italy! Delicious caprese salad which paired well with my white wine. Went here for a late lunch and was not disappointed! Service was great as well. Definitely worth checking out.

Di Ampezzo is a place with few good restaurants, especially in the city center, so it's hard to find a good place to eat. But this place is conveniently located in a busy area and offers decent food.
I ordered mushroom pasta and pork cheek,
but perhaps my expectations were too high, as the food was mediocre.
The pork cheek was served with polenta and was braised. The mushroom pasta is the most popular dish, and it was light and edible.
The staff were friendly, and the Google reviews seemed to have a good reason for the high number of Koreans.

The tagliolini with truffle was amazing. The gnocchi was just as good. Seriously good food here.
As with many place here in Contina, reservations are not taken formally. Suggest you arrive at 7pm and place your name on a list with the host. We were seated at 8pm.

Unpleasant waiter/manager. The food was decent, except for the steak with potatoes, which was very dry when prepared medium, very bland in taste and some of the potatoes were undercooked. The waiter or manager was really very unpleasant and condescending, everything was a problem for him and his willingness was zero. On the contrary, the girls were very pleasant and smiling.

I agree with other reviewers that the Hostess was definitely more friendly with Italian. She probably didn’t want business from foreigners. Food is amazing tho. The male waiter was very nice and introduced the pasta dishes patiently (and with proud too, they really put in efforts and heart into cooking) I recommend this place
