The staff speaks good English, but not fast. We arrived quite late, when we had already found the menu online (maybe for Italy this is a normal waiting time, but in other places in this region it was better). As for the food - everything is clear, but the menu says "light unfiltered beer", and in real life it is an ordinary light beer from the barrel. The place is atmospheric, beautiful views.

Outside you have a wonderful veranda with a panoramic view, where you can spend a pleasant, quiet and relaxing evening. The internal part of the room is very welcoming and comfortable. The style used is very refined, that from that superior touch (you can see that the owner has good taste). Nothing left to chance. Very very good pizza, I go every week, I am always satisfied. Digestible dough, with high quality products. In all the proposals you will find the passion, the colors and the intensity of typical local flavors and beyond. From the menu you can see the care they take in sourcing quality products from various parts of Italy. All this demonstrates the care and experience they want to give to the customer. Excellent value for money. Furthermore you will also find a varied selection of beer and wines to pair with your pizza. Gourmet desserts: I recommend you try them, very special and good. Dining room staff: all friendly and know how to carry out their work in a professional manner. It is certainly the result of the excellent example of the owner in carrying out his work but also of the waitress. A very prepared girl, her passion and determination in carrying out her job shines through. Kind and caring towards the customer. The cod cappuccino and the croaker are dishes that anyone expects from a restaurant like Alpina, beautiful in presentation BUT above all G.U.O.N.I.S.S.I.M.I. Honest prices, indeed, tending towards the low taking into account the work behind it and THE quality of the fish dishes that COME OUT of the kitchen. Everywhere else you pay AT LEAST 30% more for dishes like this. The fantastic service, Sonia (the room manager) is a war machine who conquers with her friendliness and her concern for customers. Professionalità percepibile, palpabile. Qui non ci si ferma di certo al "facciamo da mangiare, non pretendete altro". Chiaramente si, il cibo è eccellente e variato nell'offerta di pizza quanto di ristorazione, delizioso e "per tutti" anche economicamente, se non si bevono alcolici, ovviamente. Ma si sta bene, chiaro e semplice. Che si sia andati per un incontro romantico, da soli, in famiglia, tra amici, che si sia ricchi, alla buona, oppure pretenziosi con alte aspettative: si-sta-bene, relax. Per ottenere un risultato simile non basta avere buone intenzioni e qui si vede. Il passo verso una organizzazione disciplinata da regole e ricontrollo continuo si fa notare in ogni aspetto dell'accoglienza e cura verso i clienti, anno dopo anno. Il personale più esperto fa sentire un certo calore, è attento senza essere invadente. La modernità non è troppo spinta pretendendola dal cliente. Dalla musica all'arredamento ci si sente in vacanza. La gestione del menù per un certo periodo è stata un capolavoro di seduzione culinaria: già sai che è buono, ma la capacità di farti venire ancora di più l'acquolina in bocca è frutto di un copywriting esperto o di un talento naturale capitato al posto giusto. I bagni sono generalmente puliti. Mi sembra ci sia spazio per qualsiasi genere di ritrovo: da quello aziendale, alla mega-festa di coscritti, cerimonie religiose con parenti... ma sempre lasciando a proprio agio anche singoli clienti o piccolissimi gruppi più riservati. Riservatezza: non esagerata, ma con un livello di intimità possibile anche nelle stanze nuove, dietro. E gusto, gusto dappertutto, estetico come quello per il palato, così per l'udito. Ogni senso è sicuramente stato preso in considerazione. Forse persino il tatto, anche se si entra per la gola. La mia esperienza è sempre stata quella di essere in vacanza, anche se era solo una serata e così con amici e amiche che abbiamo portato. Per questa volta non dico niente di specifico del cibo: se non avete davvero un miliardo di problemi (patologici o ideologici) qui trovate sicuramente qualcosa che vi soddisferà. Dico solo che io amo la carne ma anche un broccolo qui è delizioso. Figuratevi la pizza. Ovvio mi aspetto di non venirci più se economicamente non fosse più nel potere d'acquisto medio, come il mio. La magia qui non è "sono ricco" ma "mi sento come i ricchi". E i ricchi, se non vogliono rompere per partito preso, saranno comunque soddisfatti. Non mi sembra ci siano problemi con i bambini piccoli, ma vengo sempre di sera. Posto sia dentro che fuori (storica parte esterna con pergola e vista, freschissima d'estate). Parcheggi al limite ma ho sempre trovato. Free wi-fi non verificato. Pagamenti elettronici OK, contanti OK. Satispay non verificato: qui avrebbe senso più che altro per le "collette" ma non hanno problemi a fare conti separati.

Easter lunch with special dishes, the introduction was appreciated, followed after too long by the 2 tasty first courses, the veal medallion was unfortunately disappointing: overcooked, dry and stringy.... this is not meant to be a criticism but a way of growing up, sweet in the norm, medium-high price, without wine included in our Italian tradition, thanks

Sono cliente da qualche anno e ci torno spesso, è un locale che amo, si mangia molto bene, si beve bene, il servizio e la pulizia sono ottimi, il personale sempre sorridente educato e veloce, i prezzi sono buoni per il servizio e la qualità dei prodotti offerti. I dolci sono per me strepitosi. Posso solo consigliarlo
