Simple atmosphere, good food, friendly owners.

A lovely rustic restaurant with a varied menu: a wide selection of pizzas, many first courses, meat specialties, and even fish. We chose the pizzas, and I must say I was surprised by how thin they are, just as we like them, and the crust is very soft and not dry. Approved!

The Maneggio Pizzeria and Restaurant, located in Capo Cavallo in the Perugia area, is a true delicacy surrounded by nature. The menu offers wood-fired pizzas and all kinds of specialties. You can find everything from fish and meat to a wide variety of pizzas. Fresh, top-quality ingredients are used. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the service is fast and impeccable. Don't miss the homemade desserts, truly superb. Highly recommended!

In its simplicity, not bad. I was skeptical about the pitted black olives on the capricciosa pizza; if you take a big bite, you'll break your teeth. On some nights, it's packed to the rafters; on weekends, I recommend booking.

The restaurant is very beautiful and well-decorated. The atmosphere is warm and truly welcoming. The menu is varied, with a wide variety of choices. We decided to try both the pizza (very light and tasty) and the pasta dishes, and I must say, everything was delicious! Even though it was a Thursday, the place was packed, so I recommend making a reservation. We'll definitely be back!

Everyone from the neighborhood came to eat here. From 90-year-old grandmothers to chic ladies with their dogs and daughters. Families met here, and everyone seemed to know each other. During the meal, the TV was on, providing everyone with the latest news. There was a lot of talking, laughing, and barking (from the dog). A beautiful wood fire burned in the oven. The ambiance was simple yet fitting and appealing. I thought it was great!
