Ristorante Pizzeria Al Boschetto In Cavallino-treporti

On vacation with my family in a bungalow in August we ate at this restaurant several times.... I want to sing the praises of the good cuisine, the fresh fish, the excellent fried food, good clams, very fresh mussels... and also good pizza, etc... everything cooked to perfection in classic style, just as we like it, with excellent quality and fresh ingredients.... We don't really like places that pretend to be Michelin-starred and give you 2 clams with 5 rolled spaghetti and, on top of that, they're not even good.... so those reading this review might be thinking: so what's the problem? Here's how I explain it: on the first day of vacation, we arrived late in the afternoon and went to eat right at dinner time. There were lots of people and we asked if there was room. We were seated in the smaller, semi-outdoor veranda. We ate very well, so much so that on the second day I went shortly after lunchtime to ask whoever I still don't know if he is: waiter, husband, owner, owner, partner... if it was possible to book a table for 3 people ON THE VERANDA for the evening. I was told in an annoyed manner that if there is room they will put us on the veranda and if there is no room they will put us inside... well, if I am booking, it is logical that I came first on purpose to find out if there is free space to sit at the tables outside in the open air, so they could very well check if the reservations for the outdoor tables are already full and if they are, tell me that there is only room inside for the evening... it is my right to decide if I don't want to eat inside not to go to the restaurant... I am pretty sure that at that time they still hadn't filled up with reservations outside.....and therefore if you accept the reservation you also accept the customer's preference....otherwise you tell them clearly that they don't take reservations....here's the point, this way of doing things made me uncomfortable and made me feel like a second-class person, customer because I'm quite sure that if the "commenda" arrived with a Rolex on his wrist, he would have been responded to in a more polite manner and the table would have been reserved for him as he wanted in the pleasant and fresh sea breeze of a beautiful summer evening at the tables outside... I would recommend more attention to these things also for the good of the aforementioned restaurant because a beautiful culinary experience can be ruined by this way of doing things like when I always asked this person if he would bring me the lemon for the mussels alla marinara, I've been going out to eat for 40 years since I was little with my dad and even as an adult with my family in millions of restaurants both fish and meat...I swear that no one has ever asked me why I put lemon on the mussels alla marinara and judged it because it's a shame that they are good like this, it may even be true but if to me I like them with lemon, that's my business, and bring me the lemon without making me choke, thanks!! And without having to explain my choice to you to have the beloved lemon that I like so much on fresh muscles!

This was our third time at this campsite and we were once again completely satisfied. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and always strives to accommodate all our requests. The site is spotless and the washrooms are clean. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back next year. 👍🏻 Keep up the good work!

The campingground is reasonably well maintained. The pitches are mostly flat (however some are pretty sandy) and depending on the category offer power and water supply. However be aware that some areas are pretty noisy (especially at night) and some of the sanitary infrastructure is unavailable (We've been told by permanent campers who rent year-round for years, that's not dependent on capacity). So you might have to walk further. The available sanitation facilities were reasonably clean an well maintained. There are however no real showerheads, feels like a spraying garden hose. (I don't know why, because the rest was relatively modern). The service was professional. We've had no issues or reasons to complain. The adjacent beach is clean and has active lifeguard service. All in all I was satisfied, had a nice stay and would return. (Wifi / wlan / internet is available, has to be paid extra)

You get some free cockroaches when you leave.

Beautiful campsite right on the beach. Large pitches with good facilities. Small mini-market and a good restaurant.

A classic campsite without any frills, simple showers and toilets always clean, lovely shady spots under pine trees, direct access to the beautiful free beach (no sunbeds/umbrellas - but there are ones next door if you want them), shopping (Lidl etc.) and a good restaurant nearby, easy to reach by bike

We stayed at this beautiful site from the end of May to mid-June. Everything was perfect, the staff was friendly (rebooking to another pitch was handled without any problems and in a friendly manner). The washrooms were always super clean. The beach is simply fantastic, not overcrowded with umbrellas and loungers. Our stay completely met our expectations. The restaurant is also highly recommended. We will definitely be back. Nice, clean, beautiful campsite. Luckily there was a place there, because all the neighboring ones were occupied. Toilets, showers are clean. The staff is friendly. The strange thing is that there is a security guard who rides a bike every night for an hour or two and shines a flashlight on all the tents, bushes, etc. It is not known what he wants to find. It is more expensive than some neighboring campsites, maybe that is why there was a place. I liked everything. Thank you

This is our second visit to the campsite after exactly 10 years. We had a "Special" pitch and were impressed by its size. The sanitary facilities were always clean, giving no cause for complaint, although a larger, more modern sanitary building would have been welcome in the "Special" pitch area. We were particularly impressed by the daily maintenance and cleaning of the entire campsite. The campsite restaurant offers a good selection of food and drinks (Sgroppino al Limone ;-)) and is also a great place for a quick, delicious pizza to go. The campsite itself is located directly on the fine sandy beach, with no umbrella or lounger requirement. We'll be back.
