I went to eat in this splendid osteria during my trip to the Sant'Orso fair yesterday and I ate very well.
The place is very nice, the young guys who serve the tables are super kind and the food is delicious. I ate a delicious polenta with fondue and mushrooms and tasted the coffee tiramisu and their tart, both I and those who were with me liked it. I liked it very much, I must say everything was excellent, I recommend it :)

I have very mixed feelings about the place. One one hand very delicious secondi: rabbit with polenta and deer. Very good appetizer. And completely unedible bread. As a person that bakes bread, it was a huge disappointment and also I was ashamed that I was served it.
We ordered a cheese course and as any other tourists would appreciate the explanations but none were given. Fortunately, I'm not a shy one, I have asked the other waiter and he explained.
It's probably a very good place for locals. As a tourist, you should be more demanding.
Overall, it was good but Aosta offers so many greater places.

I recommend if you stop in Aosta to stop for lunch or dinner in this tavern where you can taste excellent local dishes. Welcoming environment and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Well done!!

Excellent food, pleasant environment, terrible service, as soon as I finished eating dessert (while my wife went to the toilet) I was asked to leave the table by being offered a bitter at the bar counter (which I refused). If you like to eat in 50 minutes this is the right place
