Nice place with tables outside that serves, with a really fast service (almost too fast!) modern dishes based on tradition, even if there is no lack of great regional classics. Pleasant selection of local wines by the glass.

L'Osteria ad Aosta is a little gem in the heart of the historic center, perfect for those looking for an authentic Aosta Valley experience. The restaurant is beautiful and well-kept, with traditional wooden furnishings that recall the ancient local houses. The atmosphere is welcoming, informal but well-kept - ideal for an evening with friends, a dinner for two or a must-see for those who love tradition. The menu is a tribute to local flavors: polenta, fondue, bourguignonne, platters of cold cuts and cheeses, snails... each of these dishes is genuine and well-executed. The service is professional, fast and very courteous. The quality-price ratio is average for the area: the dishes are well-packaged, portions are right, and the experience is worth every euro spent.

Welcoming atmosphere. Valdostan cuisine. We ate an excellent Wild Boar with Polenta and an equally excellent Millefoglie with Chantilly Cream. Generous portions. Average prices.

Cheese board and cold cuts board. All excellent. Good wine. Fair price. We ate outside on the street and the space is a bit small. But that's okay. Recommended.

A small, traditional restaurant in the heart of Aosta. Warm welcome, served by trilingual staff, a varied wine list in terms of price and type, and excellent food. We had a wonderful time.

From the welcome to the dessert, including the wine and the accompanying recommendations, everything was absolutely perfect! What a shame to only discover this gem on the last day of our vacation: we didn't get to try everything!
