Great meat and probably the best polenta I've ever eaten.
If you want to eat typical food, I'd say you can go for sure

Cheese board and cold cuts board. All excellent. Good wine. Fair price. We ate outside on the street and the space is a bit small. But that's okay. Recommended.

A small, traditional restaurant in the heart of Aosta. Warm welcome, served by trilingual staff, a varied wine list in terms of price and type, and excellent food. We had a wonderful time.

Excellent restaurant in the center of Aosta. Here we tasted the typical Aosta Valley cuisine. In addition to the traditional cheese dishes, there are many that are suitable for me as I don't eat any cheese. I was able to enjoy an excellent tongue with anchovy and green onion and raspberry sauce, tagliatelle with rabbit ragout and venison fillet with polenta. The desserts were also excellent, from millefeuille to grilled apple with cream and cream. The cellar is really interesting: thanks to the waiter's advice I discovered an excellent local red, Torretta. The service is very good, the value for money is reasonable. If I return to Aosta I will come to try other dishes.

Very nice place, good cuisine, from particular and refined dishes to traditional Aosta Valley ones. We went at Easter and had a very good time. Honest also from a price point of view.
