Knowledgeable about the wine list and attentive to allergies and intolerances. MENU: High-quality ingredients, sophisticated dishes with a strong visual impact (nothing short of many Michelin-starred restaurants). It's impossible not to appreciate the chef's creativity and talent. BILL: Extremely fair.
