This was my first and most enjoyable experience at this restaurant, which I'd heard great things about. I had excellent pizza and dessert, both of which were excellent. I really appreciated the use of local ingredients in the cuisine. I'll definitely be back for their specialty, fried fish. The service was friendly and attentive.

An evening that began with an aperitif and ended in culinary harmony. Multi-course dishes, like little stories from Piedmont – charming, honest, delicious. The wine did what it was meant to: accompany and enchant. Tip: stay curious, the wine list is an adventure! A return visit highly recommended...

Every year for the Pumpkin Festival, I have the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant. The owner is incredibly kind, and the young woman with short hair and glasses who served us was incredibly kind and very professional. Like every year, we'll be happy to return because everything is always delicious. Well done, keep it up!

The fried seafood was perfect, but there were also other original options I'll try next time, like the pizza with 7 cuts and two sauces from the Piedmontese mixed boiled meats (only in autumn and winter). The fried seafood with Nutella sauce was a bit more daring, but I don't think I'll dare try it. 🤔

Cena di estate a Piozzo in famiglia ottima pizza, frittura di pesce e soprattutto un plauso per i dolci. Unico inconveniente non sapevano che per mangiare le paella bisognasse prenotare

Il locale è molto carino
C’ero già stata con amici e mi ero trovata bene
Ieri sono andata con mia sorella e a partire dall antipasto fino al dolce passando per la frittura di pesce era tutto ottimo
Servizio molto gentili e disponibili i tempi sono decisamente buoni ne troppo veloci ne troppo lenti ti danno il giusto tempo per assaporare il tutto
Consiglio veramente di passare a farci una cena !!

Restaurant-Pizzeria... Very good dishes and top fried food.
I had the pleasure of dining at Perlage Restaurant and my experience was really positive, deserving a solid 4 stars. The food was exceptional. In particular, the octopus appetizers were delicious and cooked to perfection, a great start to the evening. Every dish we tried was high quality and prepared with care.
The only aspect that disappointed me a little was the embarkation, which I found not up to par with the rest of the experience. Despite this small inconvenience, I highly recommend Perlage for those looking for excellent cuisine and authentic flavors.
Also, the kindness of the waiters and promptness worthy of note.
