Ristorante Penisola In Milano

A quaint restaurant on Milan's Naviglio Grande. Impeccable service and food. I highly recommend the dishes I've tried... Fassona steak tartare with mustard... For main courses, veal cheek with mashed potatoes and Impruneta peposo cooked in Bolgheri red wine... I'm sure the other dishes will be just as superb as these... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED... and we'll definitely be back!

Top quality, top service. What else?

We went to this restaurant for lunch, and we were very impressed with the size of the food portions as well as the way the food was cooked. The antipasti was delicious, the bread rolls that came with it were freshly baked and hot. The two cheeses were delicious and paired very well with a cold meats. The OSSOBUCO DI POSTERIORE was delicious and cooked well. We were very keen to try this while in Milan and we’re very happy with the choice of restaurant as they cooked it very well. You could taste the saffron in the rice and the meat was very tender. We enjoyed eating in this restaurant as it was away from the busy touristy restaurants by the canal. A very nice authentic restaurant in the area serving good food. Worth walking another five minutes to get to it and away from all the tourist.

Excellent restaurant, typical trattoria atmosphere with an elegant touch. Top-quality ingredients and traditional recipes. The cutlet is special (perhaps a few more potatoes could be added). The desserts are also top-notch. Prices are a bit high for the neighborhood.

I go there often. The host is friendly, helpful and attentive to the needs of customers. He offers well-cooked dishes of excellent quality.

Such a quaint little restaurant. They specialise in a few mains and do them really well. We had cotoletta and parmigiana and both were really good. We had polpette for starters which I would recommend.

I came with my partner. If I had to rate everything, I'd give it a 6. Please review the prices. They're too high.

Excellent food, but, likely due to cooking times, one dish arrived significantly later than the others, which were practically already finished. The Fork is a great option for high-quality, traditional Milanese food. It's also affordable, being right next to the Naviglio.
