My first experience in Valfurva and at this hotel, chosen based on reviews and availability for the period. I agree with the positive reviews expressed by many, highlighting the excellent cuisine and overall cleanliness (rooms and common areas). This was our first time at this family-run hotel in the city center, with spacious and spotless rooms, exceptional service, and excellent and plentiful cuisine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, but we especially appreciate the owners' friendliness and helpfulness. Recommended for those seeking a relaxing stay, a family vacation immersed in nature, and also for those who love hiking, as it's a great starting point for many walks.

I'm not one to often leave reviews, and when I do, it's to highlight positive things. Unfortunately, in this case, I'd like to express my disappointment with the way we were treated last Thursday. When we arrived at the restaurant, before even being seated, we politely asked if it was possible to have two cutlets for the children (ages 6 and 7), which weren't on the menu. They said yes and showed us to our seats. The atmosphere was nice and well-kept, and we were happy with our choice. They arrived with tiny chicken cutlets and about ten fries each. I then decided to order dessert as well, since they were still hungry given the small portion. The disappointment wasn't the quantity/quality, of course, but finding myself with two Milanese cutlets (which are anything but) on the bill for €40. This seems truly excessive. Taking advantage of this because they weren't on the menu seemed unfair. We're not in the habit of disputing our bill, so we paid and took our disappointment home.

We had lunch at the restaurant, excellent dishes and very kind and welcoming service, they were really helpful in setting up the high chair and preparing a child-proof table... Highly recommended.

We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Pedranzini during the British Alpine Ski Nationals this year. The staff are all extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Both breakfast and dinner were absolutely exceptional! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed ourselves.
