Pata Negra Bistrot offers a not very wide range (better few and good than many and bad) of dishes of Spanish origin, with local interpretations, of good quality and presentation... all seasoned with kindness and customer care on the part of the staff, who work to satisfy everyone's requests...another taste of the specialties on the menu is almost obligatory, especially the paella they offer!

Really delicious food. Their lobster roll is worth trying - there are two in a serving and it's plenty! You can easily share if there are two of you - and possibly do the same with their fiori di zucchini, which can definitely also be recommended. The price is on the higher end, but the quality comes with it.

I loved everything about this place. The atmosphere and service have been very good and the food, with a lot of flavor, very good presentation. The menu is varied and has some interesting options, which may not be found elsewhere. Very good job, thank you very much!

An excellent dinner, precious waygun tartare and a noteworthy Milanese. Price in line (perhaps a bit expensive) with the quality of what you eat. Great restaurant atmosphere, attentive service

A great find in Paratico. The place has a beautiful decoration and a very varied and high-quality menu. Interesting proposal that combines Spanish gastronomy (gourmet paellas, tapas...) and Italian. You can see the hand of a top-level chef who gives a special touch to each dish. Highly recommended!

Locale bello ed accogliente, servizio attento, menù "spagnoleggiante" con tapas, paella e sangria. Il piatto forte è la paella (di carne, di pesce e altre) ordiniamo per 4 , costo 35 € a coppia per un totale di 70 €. Arriva al centro una bellissima pentola di paella ma poi la brutta sorpresa, era praticamente tutta pentola, il contenuto all'interno era misero, abbiamo diviso le porzioni nei piatti e saranno stati 60 gr a testa, siamo rimasti davvero delusi dalla quantità del riso. Gusto buono eh, per carità. Però non si può fare ristorazione in questo modo. Detto cio, prezzi esagerato in considerazione della quantità del piatto. Siamo usciti affamati e delusi. Mai più.
