A well-deserved 5 stars for this restaurant! Simple dishes, but executed with exceptional skill. I've never eaten focaccia like this, with those chunks of tomato on top, juicy and flavorful. The amatriciana is the best in Rome, made with real guanciale, and the fusillo with tomato sauce and ricotta was literally so good it made you cry.
The service was incredibly kind and sweet; we appreciated every single detail. Unbeatable value for money. Highly recommended!

Overall, a very positive experience.
The atmosphere was well-kept and clean, although I wasn't entirely convinced by the choice of plants.
The dishes were excellent: the appetizers were truly successful and the lamb excellent. I had some concerns about the carbonara, which didn't thrill me as much as the rest of the menu.
The finish was a great tiramisu, though it was a shame the portion was a bit small.

First of all, it's one of my favorite places. Discovered in the fall of 2024, in just a few years it has become a welcoming and sophisticated meeting place.
A must-try for those who want to eat well in Rome, with both traditional dishes and refined cuisine.

A restaurant with a distinct identity, a varied menu with excellent dishes. The service is attentive and informal. The dishes are well-crafted, balanced, and flavorful, with excellent use of the grill. A place to highlight in Rome's restaurant jungle.
