Extraordinary management of the place, fast, welcoming and professional. An elite venue in the area was needed.

The place is really beautiful with this slightly industrial and vintage look. Honestly, it's one of my favorite places and when I don't know where to go for lunch/dinner it's my point of reference. The staff is very kind and welcoming, able to advise the customer. The food is really delicious, every time I've eaten here I've had a great time. This time we had their focaccia with tomato which is amazing, the gyoza with oxtail, a really large aubergine cutlet, catch of the day and pasta with butter and anchovies, all really delicious. To conclude, lemon tart and sour cherry tart. All accompanied by a very good rosé recommended by them. I highly recommend you try it because you won't regret it

Our hotel recommended this restaurant so we didn't have much to go on before arriving. Beautiful space inside but when we arrived at 7PM on a Sunday night there was just one other table. I think this is normal given the early hour and the fact that it was Sunday in Rome. The menu was slightly intimidating since our server informed us that english version was out of date and we'd need to reference the italian. Our server was lovely but not super fluent in english but we made it work. Plenty of pasta dishes we recognized but everything else was less familiar. We ended up going with several of the server's recommendations and were pretty happy with the food. Oxtail dumplings were delicious. Skip the boiled beef croquettes. Fettucine Scampi was really flavorful. Charred broccolini was great. Cod dish was great on flavor but the fish was overcooked for our taste. Drank a really delicious glass of orange wine again per the server's recommendation.

Well presented and quality food but quite expensive

Very nice place that stands out in the low profile offer of San Lorenzo. However, the quality/price ratio is low. In particular, I found the wine list pretentious, almost all over €25. Very kind staff.

Friendly staff, fantastic food and very clean environment. The house bitters are excellent.
