The full roman experience! Thank you to the team at Pastificio for a wonderful time. I went for both lunch and dinner and was treated to some truly fantastic hand made pasta dishes! Being the greedy individual that I am I also ate their bbqed lamb ribs and their antipasti's and desserts! Their cocktails and the team behind the bar are super knowledgeable and friendly. A great place to chill with your friends, or make friends with the guys at the bar!

The food was excellent, especially the ravioli, made with beautifully rough pasta and a delicious filling. The menu offers several vegetarian options. The place is very charming, modern, and has vintage touches (the pommel horse bench was a real hit). Very friendly staff.

Instagrammable place, a bit posh for my taste. Ate and drank well, seems a bit more expensive than I would have thought.

The interior of the restaurant is really beautiful, the food very good. We had lunch and it was all very pleasant. The artichokes and the winemaker are out of this world.

We went to the pasta factory for an event based on excellent refined cocktails prepared by 3 Italian barladies from different cities. The place is elegant but relaxed, for our evening there was background music that created a nice atmosphere while still allowing us to chat peacefully. The food, classic but revisited in an excellent way (excellent fried tortellini, anchovies and croquettes), wide choice of excellent wines. I probably ate the best creme caramel ever. Let the restaurant manager Matteo advise you, he is very attentive to the well-being of his customers.

Restaurant with attention to the smallest details with truly remarkable decor. Very interesting menu with various proposals for each area. We tried all the first courses and they were of a good standard, the only flaw was the amount of oil present in the condiments, but not so much as to make the dish unpleasant. Truly delicious butter pannicolo. Prices are quite high considering the area, but you pay for the quality and attention to detail.

Birthday dinner went great, the pasta factory always confirms itself as a quality place. Recommended by the dining room staff, attentive to our every need, we tasted various dishes including the best fried red mullet, boiled meatballs, carbonara and tagliolini with clams and turnip greens accompanied by a good wine. The desserts are also very tasty. Definitely worth returning to finish tasting the dishes from the kitchen.

Restaurant run by young but super professional and trained guys. The venue has an intimate and romantic atmosphere, very special. We took the boiled meatballs with green sauce as an appetizer, they were a little dry inside, the breading was right, the sauce was not at all bitter, it was pleasant and very good. Main courses: Fusilloni from Pastifici, on the menu it is not clear what it could be (in fact we asked) they are fusilloni with smoked sauce and salted ricotta. The sauce was very tasty, Well done but I had higher expectations. The second first course was spaghetti with butter and parmesan, what can I say... a winning combination, obviously it was good and tasty. Sweet ? Yes. Zabaglione ice cream and caramelized figs!! I fell in love with this dessert but above all with the ice cream, excellent. Well presented and perfect to end a dinner. Would I come back? Yes . Curious to try their second courses too.
