Ristorante Pasquino In Frascati

On Sunday 09/11/25 I went there with my wife for lunch. Aside from a misunderstanding on my part, I asked the owner about it so we could visit the Roman catacombs on which the Pasquino restaurant stands. WE HAD A VERY WONDERFUL LUNCH. Everything was excellent. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Great neighborhood restaurant. Enjoyed by only ourselves and no tourists. Sausage dish was nice and flavorful. Good house wine too.

Maximum attention to gluten-free dishes: supplì, courgette flowers, pinza, and exquisite first courses. Everything is high-quality. Highly recommended.

The food is certainly not bad; the supplì are good, but one of the fried foods I ordered was way too greasy and fell apart. I wasn't sold on the pinsa, either for its texture or its flavor. The atmosphere seems fine, but I'd say the bathrooms need urgent attention. The lack of hygiene doesn't speak volumes even for the best cuisine.

I went with my family for lunch and we had a great time, to say the least. The place was very quiet and the food was fantastic. My daughter is celiac, and the staff was very careful about cross-contamination, even having a completely gluten-free menu. The food and price exceeded our expectations. Congratulations, guys!

Che dire ,partiamo dall'unica nota dolente, il parcheggio, non c'è,ma potete tranquillamente parcheggiare al centro di Frascati e fare una passeggiata a piedi, altrimenti,subito dopo trovate una stradina sulla destra, in salita ,e se siete fortunati,un buco per la macchina lo trovate..... Il ristorante è a conduzione famigliare, lo chef si chiama Gabriele, e all'interno troverete anche il papà, la mamma e dei dipendenti, se c'è poca gente chiedetegli se è possibile visitare ciò che c'è sotto........... resterete a bocca aperta. Ma torniamo a parlare del cibo, ora ci interessa quello hahaha... Non è la prima volta che ci ceno, di conseguenza ho mangiato un po' di tutto, dalla pinsa, mai mangiata così buona, a diversi primi piatti fatto con pasta fresca e diversi secondi, senza tralasciare i loro vassoi di affettati e salumi, diciamo che negli anni non mi sono fatto mancare nulla...... approposito,i dolci, i dolci sono superlativi
