The coolest place to eat in summer in Gubbio immersed in nature while savoring the delights offered by the restaurant. The grilled meat is excellent and especially the truly super lamb chops. Scendendo verso Gubbio in auto dopo la visita alla Basilica di Sant'Ubaldo abbiamo notato le indicazioni per questo ristorante e, dato che ormai era ora di pranzo, abbiamo deciso di andare a vedere. Si trova nel parco omonimo, una vasta pineta anche con area picnic attrezzata e gratuita. Il locale, ambiente informale, è molto frequentato, soprattutto nei giorni festivi, anche da famiglie e comitive ma siamo riusciti a trovare un tavolo all'aperto sulla terrazza. Propone un menù tradizionale con specialità eugubine, carne alla griglia e anche pizze. Servizio piuttosto veloce nonostante l'affluenza, piatti buoni e abbondanti: l'antipasto "Coppo", molto vario, per quanto mi riguarda è stato sufficiente come piatto unico. Prezzi adeguati.
