Ristorante Paradise In Grottaminarda

Passing through Puglia, we couldn't find anything better. Friendly staff and excellent food. We had a house appetizer, fusilli in the crock cooked in a wood oven and cut. We hope to stop by again on the way back so we can try the rest... pizza, grilled meat and tripe. We stayed in their Queen of Sheba hotel, wonderful and slept wonderfully! If you're passing through it's worth stopping by!! Thank you for the pleasant experience!

I've been three times, only once I didn't fully appreciate the food. I personally appreciated the fusilli in the pan, the tripe and the mugliatielli in sauce. I tried the spaghetti alla ciambottella but the sauce wasn't as thick as I like. In the last two photos you can see the sauce is a little loose (less sense). However, overall, not bad value for money.
