Great experience! Family-run restaurant. Unfortunately I was just passing through Bologna so I could only have one dinner at this place... I asked the staff directly for a typical first course and they brought me gramigna with sausage served by the chef himself😊 delicious!

A pleasant place with personal and attentive service. Dishes that have been on the menu for years and prove their quality. Real Italian. Atmospheric decor and reasonable prices. The neighborhood is different and not particularly atmospheric. Feel free to eat there.

We arrived in Bologna at a very unusual time, when almost all the activities had already stopped the lunch service. Despite this, the Papa Re restaurant welcomed us with great kindness and availability, making us feel immediately at ease.
A lunch with friends that turned into a memorable culinary experience: impeccable professionalism of the staff and, above all, extraordinary flavors. The tagliatelle alla bolognese were an authentic homage to tradition, perfectly balanced in flavors and cooking. A must-see for those who want to discover the gastronomic soul of the city with authenticity and warmth.

Through the recommendation of a friend, I came to try this place. The restaurant is located behind the station, very well looked after and I would even say refined, very professional and fast service, quality of the dishes also very good. We took a tagliatelle with meat sauce, good and tasty ragù at the right level, gramigna with sausage, fabulous, Bolognese cutlet, good and pork cheek, not bad even if perhaps the flavor of the sauce was a little too strong, but it was really well cooked and very tender, finally for dessert an apple pie, not bad.

Tramite il consiglio di un amico, sono venuto a provare questo posto. Il ristorante si trova dietro la stazione, molto ben curato e direi anche raffinato, servizio molto professionale e veloce, qualità dei piatti anche molto buona. Abbiamo preso una tagliatella al ragù, ragù buono e saporito al punto giusto, gramigna con salsiccia, favolosa, cotoletta alla bolognese, buona e guancia di maiale, non male anche se forse era un po’ troppo forte il sapore del sughetto, ma era davvero cotta bene e tenerissima, infine come dolce un tortino alle mele, non male.
