Excellent experience, from the food, to the service, and right down to the location. Very welcoming staff and fantastic food. Everything was perfect ❤️ (from the table next to the monkeys)

A small but meticulously maintained restaurant. The owner is incredibly friendly and courteous, always available to offer recommendations on both food and drinks (wine and beer). The quality of the dishes is truly excellent. Congratulations!

A sublime restaurant, we found it by chance on Google and were pleasantly surprised. The owner (I presume) is spectacular, incredibly kind, and the food is truly excellent and top-quality! The pici all'aglione are the best I've ever eaten! Highly recommended!

Evening, last day of October. The menu is small. Traditional Tuscan dishes. Delicious meat is complemented by a glass of Montepulciano. Excellent dessert. In my opinion, a little less salt in the meat sauce would have been appropriate, so I've removed a star for that.

The food is spectacular. Traditional Tuscan cuisine with a touch of originality that adds a lot. The Pici del Bina are a totally successful innovation and I was left wanting to try the Pici with osobuco ragu. The tiramisu also has a touch of originality that improves the original recipe (which is very difficult). If the food is spectacular, Andrea's attention and kindness is even better. When we return to Tuscany we will definitely go back!

INCREDIBLE! My partner and I had dinner yesterday. I want to highlight Andrea's special attention. He does his job with passion, as he says, and it shows. The dishes and desserts are very well thought out and delicious. We tried several pasta dishes and the house tiramisu... amazing. We recommend it 100%.

18/01/2026: I stumbled upon it by chance and without a reservation, right in the middle of a packed lunch. They welcomed me without any problems, and since I just wanted a quick bite to eat before heading out, they were very quick in taking my order and serving it. I had a herb-filled steak; it was perfectly cooked, well-flavored with the herbs, and a good portion. However, I felt the quality of the meat wasn't top-notch, as it was a bit tough and took a lot of chewing, despite being perfectly cooked. Alongside, I had roast potatoes, also a good portion, perfectly cooked and very, very good. On a positive note, the bread was good, and so was the oil they serve, which was really good quality. Looking at the tables nearby, I realized that, when the place is full, the service can be a bit slow and distracted, but oh well, you have to relax at the table! Furthermore, reading their menu and philosophy, as well as seeing the dishes, I think their strong points are the appetizers and especially the first courses; all homemade. Even the "cooked" second courses are probably better than the grilled ones. Definitely a place worth saving and returning to when you're in the area. The prices are fair, on average, lower than many others in the area. What a discovery!!!
13/01/2026: Typical meat and fish restaurant with good, average prices. The parking lot is small and hard to find when coming from Colle Val d'Elsa.

Osteria 101

20/01/2026: Osteria 101 is a welcoming, characterful place. It offers traditional dishes enhanced with a personal flair that's so effective that they become innovative, simply and effortlessly. I had the cabbage soup, the beef stew with apples, and the paprika chicken. Each dish had an authentic flavor, reminiscent of old family recipes, but with a touch of professional flair. The restaurant is run by young people with a strong desire to do things right. And they succeed with flying colors.
