A small but meticulously maintained restaurant. The owner is incredibly friendly and courteous, always available to offer recommendations on both food and drinks (wine and beer). The quality of the dishes is truly excellent. Congratulations!

A sublime restaurant, we found it by chance on Google and were pleasantly surprised. The owner (I presume) is spectacular, incredibly kind, and the food is truly excellent and top-quality!
The pici all'aglione are the best I've ever eaten! Highly recommended!

Evening, last day of October. The menu is small. Traditional Tuscan dishes.
Delicious meat is complemented by a glass of Montepulciano. Excellent dessert.
In my opinion, a little less salt in the meat sauce would have been appropriate, so I've removed a star for that.

The food is spectacular. Traditional Tuscan cuisine with a touch of originality that adds a lot.
The Pici del Bina are a totally successful innovation and I was left wanting to try the Pici with osobuco ragu. The tiramisu also has a touch of originality that improves the original recipe (which is very difficult).
If the food is spectacular, Andrea's attention and kindness is even better. When we return to Tuscany we will definitely go back!

INCREDIBLE! My partner and I had dinner yesterday. I want to highlight Andrea's special attention. He does his job with passion, as he says, and it shows. The dishes and desserts are very well thought out and delicious. We tried several pasta dishes and the house tiramisu... amazing. We recommend it 100%.
