Excellent traditional dishes, but very well executed

Delicious food, excellent service, courtesy and professionalism from the staff, only problem, outside there are many mosquitoes (and they eat a lot too) and towards the inside an unpleasant smell is a bit disturbing

Very happy with our food choices! My husband had read that this was a popular place but if you came around 8pm you should get a table, so we did and got a table. Around 9pm there was a queue to get in. Very good food! I chose gnocchi Nero with shrimp and my husband chose sgoglio and thought it was one of the best. The kids took pizza so big plus there was a large selection of food for those who don't like fish. The house sparkling wine was really fresh! Highly recommended to go here for a really good experience and really good value!! Three courses plus a liter of wine and water for about 50 euros.

Summer Jaboree 2025: We dined here twice because we were staying at the nearby Hotel International and didn't want to travel too far (and we didn't want to use the car, since in that part of the seafront, if you're lucky enough to find a free place, hold on to it). Unfortunately, I'm forced to confirm what other reviews have said... the food is good, but the organization needs a complete overhaul. When we arrived, at least three of us asked for the name of the reservation but didn't let us sit, saying "my colleague is coming." Sitting at the table, we waited 20 minutes for the menus. Once we'd chosen our order, another 20 minutes passed before ordering. We asked for a salad and a first course, followed by fried fish and sea bream. The first course arrived after another 40 minutes, and for the salad (I emphasize... a simple salad) it took a full hour and 20 minutes, followed by the sea bream and then the fried fish after another 30 minutes. We arrived at 8:30 PM... and left at 11:15 PM Further clarifications: - Don't order two different starters at a table, otherwise the kitchen will be in crisis. - If you want mixed fried fish with fish bones, don't even ask for it even if it's written... only calamari and shrimp. - They offer limoncello and other digestives at the end... and that would be the least they can do. In conclusion... nothing to complain about the food... delicious and plentiful (perhaps even too much), but the organization of the kitchen and the dining room is not good at all... especially when compared to other restaurants in Senigallia I've tried. They're probably playing on the fact that in that area (Mameli Promenade) there are practically only these kinds of restaurants. I hope that in the winter, when there are fewer people, the situation will be more manageable because the potential is there... in the summer, I recommend it only if you're nearby and don't want to travel, and if you want to have dinner (though, I repeat, a satisfying one) but are fully relaxing on vacation and are willing to take it easy... if instead If you're starving and are willing to go further (even by car), then opt for another place.

During peak times, you may have to wait a few minutes longer than expected, and you may need to arrange your first course with your fellow diners... But it's definitely worth it! We tried this restaurant, choosing it at random from the list of restaurants affiliated with our hotel. We've returned as often as we could, trying different dishes. The portions are always generous, and the quality of the food is excellent! We're truly happy to have discovered Pancho and will definitely be back next time we vacation in Senigallia.

Typical Riviera restaurant, spacious and just a few steps from the sea. Typical local dishes, very tasty and generous portions. Excellent value for money.

Di passaggio troviamo posto per 2 per fortuna, il locale e' pieno di clienti nonostante fossimo fuori stagione ma di sabato. Prenotazione consigliata. I primi sono cucinati con pasta fatta in casa da loro, abbondanti e ricchi. Pizze molto buone. Prezzi contenuti.

Trattoria informale proprio sul kubgomare. Ci siamo accomodati in una saletta riscaldata da una stufa che rendeva quasi impossibile starle seduti accanto, fortunatamente è stata più spenta. Ottimi primi piatti, soprattutto le taglioline ai frutti di mare. Molto buono anche il fritto misto. Porzioni molto abbondanti, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo
