Ristorante Osteria Ai Nidri' In Iseo

We had lunch here and had a wonderful time. The service was friendly, the staff attentive, and the chef was young and very welcoming. All the dishes were truly delicious and beautiful to look at. The wine was refreshing and pleasant. The location is warm and welcoming. The menu offers a wide selection, and I would have liked to try everything. There's also the option of a tasting menu. If I'm in the area again, I'd love to return.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A truly elegant and refined place, tastefully decorated with great attention to detail. The atmosphere is quiet and welcoming, perfect for a lunch or a special evening. We ate very well: carefully prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and generous portions. Each course was balanced and full of flavor. The staff is friendly and helpful, ready to offer advice without being intrusive. A restaurant where you leave completely satisfied, definitely recommended and a place to which we'll gladly return!

The only downside to this restaurant (even though it's called an osteria) is that it shares an entrance with a campsite. Otherwise, one of the best lunches ever: excellent food, perfectly cooked, beautifully presented. We even called the chef to compliment him, something we've never had before! Everything was truly superb, especially the paccheri with lake sauce... out of this world! Well done, well done.

A must-visit restaurant if you're in Iseo or the surrounding towns. Superlative hospitality, service, and cuisine.

The experience at Nidrì was a pleasant surprise. The place is at the entrance to a campsite, but as soon as you see it, you realize it's very well-kept. We had to eat inside due to the inclement weather... the service was attentive and meticulous from the start, but not cold. The food, above all, was a blend of enveloping sensations and emotions, well-guided even in the tasting of the glasses of wine. Fried eggs with cereghin cheese, sautéed chicory, and Mut cheese. Casonceli with duck and robiola, hazelnut butter, aromatic herbs, mountain cheese fondue, and black summer truffle... a spectacle.

I booked the restaurant based on Google reviews but was very dissapointed. We had Iseo lake fish tempura and charcuterie board as starters, pea pure Taglietella for secondo and the venison with polenta as the main dish. The tempura was completely tastlesess: neither the fish nor the batter had any salt or other taste, only the lime-ginger mayo had flavor in it. The charcuterie board was huge, way too big for one person as a starter and there was no mention about it anywhere. We could’t finish the starters. The pasta with peas and pea puree looked stunning and was quite ok, but again it lacked flavor. Also the pasta itself was not salted enough so it was quite tasteless. The main dish however was worth of 5 stars! Beautiful piece of very tender venison, cooked perfectly to medium/medium plus with a nice crisp surface and seasoned perfectly. Polenta was excellent and tasty, it paired nicely with the venice and the sauce. The spinach on the side gave a nice fresh touch to the dish. Best dish of the evening and a stellar one on its own. We were very full after the three courses. The service was not at the level I would excpect it to be at that price point. They came to take our order quite fast and we received the dishes quickly, which was good. But it was very weird that the waiters did not ask ”how was the food” etc. with any of the three dishes we had, but just collected the plates in a hurry. This made us feel like it didn’t really matter if we liked the food or if everything was fine. I wouldn’t say they were rude, just indifferent towards us. When I asked for a check and received it, I waited over 15 minutes but no one came to collect the payment or even looked at our table. Eventually I was able to ask a waiter who was cleaning the table next to us and they simply took our check and continued cleaning the table. I said that we hadn’t paid yet, and they responded something I did not understand. I then asked if we need to pay inside, I understood that yes we do. This was super weird and I do not undersrand why they did not just tell me that when they brought the check? Also, when I was paying they said that we were very brave to take three dishes each, which was again weird: why did no one tell us that it was too much food when they took our order? It’s impossible to know the size of the dishes as a first time customer. Not sure, if all this was due to the language barrier, since we were communicating in English, or what was the problem.

It deserves six stars, too. The dishes are beautifully presented and the service is impeccable. The staff is courteous, professional, and attentive to detail. In addition to what we ordered, they offered us a taste of some of their specialties.

Die Bewertung ist hauptsächlich durch den mangelhaften Service entstanden. Wir wurden nicht darauf hingewiesen, das das Menü nur für den gesamten Tisch gilt. Wir wollten nach der Entscheidung 2 Menüs a 3 Personen bestellen keine Chance. Keine Flexibilität! Wir haben dann quer durch die Karte bestellt was der Küche einen viel größeren Aufwand beschert hat… Die Schecken waren leider lauwarm und die Teller waren nicht gewärmt… Leider war auch danach der Service nicht wirklich freundlich wie ich es sonst in Italien kenne! Das Essen war okay bis gut… Preis/Leistung war auch okay…

Encantador, atento. No es agresivo. Casi perfecto. La comida no tenía ningún defecto. Los camareros y cocineros fueron comunicativos y amables toda la noche.
