I don't eat fish but seeing the other diners eating with me, I would say that the fish they served us was very good. And by the way, my tomato packets were also very good. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Adequate price

The restaurant is considered one of the best in Livorno and in fact the quality of the food is not in question, but honestly a first course with scampi (very small) in which the butter with which it was cooked predominates is not the best. For the second course I took the Catalan shellfish dish which was good but there was half a lobster and a prawn and honestly the price of 40 euros for this dish seems excessive to me. The last thing, the room where we ate seemed rather small for 14 people and the waiter had difficulty serving the tables.

The cuisine and the quality of the fish are decidedly fantastic, very good indeed, if I really have to find a small flaw, the service was a little slow perhaps due to the full room, however I repeat very good.

The best place to eat fish in Livorno. I had never tried it, despite the enormous fame the place has, and I was absolutely not disappointed. The first ones we took were excellent, and the second ones were also really excellent. Very honest price with the quality eaten and appreciated the familiar and joking service.

Dopo una giornata impegnativa abbiamo deciso di provare questo ristorante per rilassarsi un poco e mangiare del buon pesce. L’ambiente curato, ma non troppo formale ci ha fatto subito sentire a nostro agio. Abbiamo preso un antipasto di fritti in due, decisamente di alta qualità e ottima realizzazione e poi due secondi, tra cui una nota speciale di merito va alla tagliata di tonno, davvero superba, per concludere due ottimi dessert e caffè il tutto accompagnato da una buonissima bottiglia di Traminer fresca. Che dire, ottimo ristorante in cui sicuramente tornerò per provare altri piatti. Grazie a tutto lo staff!!

A Livorno il ristorante Oscar è rinomato per la freschezza della materia prima ovvero pesce. Un locale carino con una bella accoglienza da parte dello staff ed un menu che prevede scelta alla carta oppure 2-3 menù a prezzo stabilito 55-70 euro coperto e bevande escluse. Vasta scelta di antipasti crudi e cotti, minestre e paste asciutte secondo tradizione rivisitata o no. I secondi del pescato giornaliero sono cucinati nei modi più comuni senza troppi fronzoli. Prezzo nemmeno troppo caro rispetto alla qualità

Excellent raw. The island-style sea bass is delicious. Great attention to the customer who is pampered with an entree and chestnut morsels at the end of the meal. The wine list is truly complete even though they put a slightly higher price on the bill than what was written (five euros), but it can happen.
I will definitely go back even if in my humble opinion, I found it slightly overpriced considering both the location itself and the location!
