Hotel surrounded by greenery and many beautiful animals to see even by rickshaw, a place of peace, we loved the SPA with hay beds, we moved by car to the various beaches and in the evening a dip in the pool and then a hot bath with hydromassage We stayed 8 days in a room but I define it as a single house, welcoming, very clean, bathroom with large shower. Good and plentiful breakfast with cakes made by them every day. The staff is a precious frame ....hospitable, always ready for the customer!! Well done! October 2024

We stayed at this property for a weekend. The structure is well-kept and clean, from the park to the rooms to the spa. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Excellent dinner and even more breakfast. We will definitely be back 😁

An interesting rural hotel, but probably a little dated in terms of external style (the papier-mâché cows clash with the rest). I was struck by the size of the rooms and the furniture, new and very nice for my tastes. I would have only avoided the drawing behind the bed. However, the room has thin walls and it is easy to hear conversations and the TV in the rooms next door. As for the dinner food, very good and quality. The restaurant is small, it goes without saying that it is also very noisy and there were only 50 of us. The room is the same as the breakfast room, so there is a bitter note. We arrived at 8.30 and practically everything was already finished, with no replacements except for some mini croissants. There is no bar, just coffee and milk machines which don't have much flavor. I still liked what I found available but I would have preferred to try the lactose-free alternatives that the labels next to the empty plates promised. The SPA was welcoming and well made, I really liked the Turkish bath with hints of mint and the reaction tub inside. Overall, I recommend it for families with children due to the presence of many animals.

We only stayed for 2 days, unfortunately. Everything was wonderful despite it being the end of the season, few people, everything was very quiet, I recommend it. Kind and qualified staff, clean place, really good food, I felt at home even though it was the first time... I RECOMMEND

We booked an apartment at a reasonable price for four people. The hotel itself was small yet cozy, with clean rooms that, although on the smaller side, suited our needs perfectly. Pre-check-in was a smooth process, which we appreciated. However, throughout our stay, we noticed that the receptionists had limited English proficiency, making communication a bit challenging. It wasn't until the last day that we encountered a receptionist with more fluent English skills. One major drawback we experienced was the lack of proactive recommendations or information provided by the staff. We found ourselves having to inquire about every detail, which could have been improved with more proactive communication on their part. The hotel boasted two restaurants and a wellness spa, but it took us three days to discover their locations, as they were housed in separate buildings. The bistro restaurant near the reception offered breakfast, which became monotonous after a week due to the limited savory options and absence of vegetables. On the upside, the sweet options were satisfactory. Regarding the wifi situation, I appreciate the explanation provided. However, if the connection works well in the reception area but not in the rooms, it indicates that the rooms are not adequately covered by wifi, rather than being solely an infrastructure issue. A simple apology for the inconvenience would have sufficed. When it comes to the dining experience, the main concern was not the cost but rather the quality of the food and the overall dining experience. Allow me to provide a detailed explanation for each dish: Bread as Amuse-Bouche: While the gesture of serving bread as an amuse-bouche is appreciated, it would have been more enjoyable with some accompaniments such as olive oil, salt, and pepper. The bread lacked additional flavors to elevate the simple offering. First Course - Bread with Gratinated Cheese (bread again), Honey, and Nuts: The concept of combining cheese, honey, and nuts on bread is intriguing. However, the execution fell short as the bread was not fully covered with cheese, and the overall taste was just okay. Second Course - Soup: The soup, reminiscent of cafeteria food from childhood, was disappointing. It contained overcooked vegetables and had a consistency more akin to a stew. The quality and refinement expected from a bistro were sorely lacking. In the end I have to asked for a spoon because the servers forgotten to bring me. Third Course - Pork Loin with Salad: The pork loin itself was acceptable in terms of taste and preparation. However, the accompanying salad was bland, lacking seasoning, olive oil, or any sauce to enhance its flavors. The dish overall felt incomplete and underseasoned. Fourth Course - Dessert "Pardulas": The dessert, while decent, did not leave a lasting impression. It was okay but not something one would eagerly order again. Additionally, the "Pardulas" did not match the expected appearance or taste, failing to meet the standard for a memorable dessert. In summary, the issue was not with the cost of the meal but rather the substandard quality of the food and the overall dining experience provided. I would have been willing to pay more for a meal of decent quality. Don't get me wrong, we ate everything! However, the overall food experience and quality were poor. I'm simply trying to help you improve your service by pointing out the issues that could lead to a more satisfying experience for your guests. Best regards.

Beautiful experience with my love and the girls.. Very kind staff, excellent food, well-kept place.. they have a wonderful spa If you need relaxation and peace you can't go wrong. We will definitely be back 🫶🏻

Beautiful hotel, surrounded by nature, 2 swimming pools, very professional and kind staff. Excellent cuisine (Elena and Sara are excellent cooks) and Gianmario is a very good director. Highly recommended for moments of intense relaxation. Our suite with Jacuzzi for exclusive use is truly the best!

Capitati per caso ma è stato una piacevole scoperta. Piatti strepitosi (utilizzo di prodotti locali e preparati da loro). Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Gentilezza del personale. Come concludere al meglio una giornata. Ps ho fatto la scarpetta in tutti i piatti che ho preso.😋
