Ristorante Oriente In Gaeta

Eravamo stati incuriositi dalle referenze locali ma l'esperienza è stata deludente. I piatti serviti non hanno valorizzato la materia prima. Le fishball sono state assolutamente anonime e prive di sapore. Il calamaro farcito con broccoletti era sommerso da una crema di parmigiano che ne ha distrutto il sapore. Anche la presentazione dei piatti non invoglia. Peccato!

Esperienza assolutamente ottima da Oriente a Gaeta. Locale carino, abbiamo mangiato all’aperto. Personale gentilissimo e sempre sorridente nonostante il ristorante fosse pieno di clienti e il lavoro davvero tanto! Servizio ottimo. Ho iniziato il pranzo con un’abnorme e ottima frittura di calamari: UN CAPOLAVORO! pesce freschissimo e profumato. Ho proseguito il pasto con una gustosa porzione di linguine con cozze e crema di patate, zafferano e parmigiano reggiano: OTTIME! Un perfetto incastro di sapori e anche un’attenzione all’impiattamento. Prezzi nella media di Gaeta. Straconsigliato

Well-spaced umbrellas with the possibility of having a little more space, especially useful for those traveling with children. Clean and well maintained beach. Expensive price, even if average.

Excellent food very sweet staff but absurdly overpriced. I understand it’s on the beach but considering equal quality restaurants on the main corso strip cost about 5-8€ less per dish it’s disappointing

I've been coming here in July and August for 2 years. From the first moment we had a good welcome. The lido is well attended, everyone from the owner to the staff, lifeguards, guys in the bar and restaurant are very friendly and capable. A special mention goes to Erasmo who was present but not intrusive. Praise also for the kitchen. We always had lunch and dinner very well. We will return next year with great pleasure

The restaurant is part of the beach and enjoys a sea view, although a little obstructed by umbrellas. It has a terrace which unfortunately we couldn't see because it's too hot at lunch. The staff is very kind and welcoming; It's a shame that the first two didn't arrive at the same time. The food is very good, typical of tradition but with an eye on innovation. The bill was in line with how much we ate. Highly recommended.

Be careful to vacate the umbrella by 7.00 pm, if you are 2 minutes late while you are dressing the children at the showers and therefore you are not present under the umbrella you will find the lifeguard putting his hands through your things and shoving everything into your beach bag , glasses, clothes, telephones, ... to be able to close the umbrella and move on. Calling him out for his rudeness, he replies that he is authorized by the management to act in this way. Be careful because it cost me the loss of the house keys present in my Bermuda shorts placed under the umbrella and found thrown into my bag without permission. Arrogant, rude, disrespectful entrepreneurs. For the rest, the beach is well laid out and clean.

We chose this restaurant through Google without knowing but we were pleasantly surprised by the goodness of the dishes, the kindness of the staff and the ability to create dishes So particular and good! We will be back soon!! Absolutely recommended

Very very good restaurant, very fresh fish and excellent location with air conditioning facing the sea. Professional and very kind service from the staff. After lunch we went to the establishment equally equipped with showers and a walkway to the sea. Highly recommended
