I had been going there for some time and the idea of spending an excellent evening translated into certainty; small and quiet location in the historic square of Oltretorrente; excellent wine list and both traditional and innovative dishes that fully satisfy sight and taste such as the delicious Cacio, pepe e gamberi (spaghetti cacio e pepe, lime and pink prawn tartare). Correct prices and applause!

Welcoming location with attention to detail, very friendly and customer-focused staff. Delicious dishes, I recommend Sea and cheese tasting (incredible). We will definitely be back!

The eve of San Giovanni is one of the most heartfelt celebrations in Parma: on the evening of June 23rd many Parma people gather to taste the tortelli d'erbetta and then wait for the "rozada ed San Zvan" (the dew of San Giovanni). A magical night, to be experienced strictly outdoors and in company, where many suggestions intertwine and where the most genuine spirit of our city is found. We went to this restaurant "beyond the water", (beyond the river as they used to say some time ago) really good. The historic venue is welcoming and furnished with design objects. The menu was fixed, so we couldn't try everything. The starter of mixed cured meats was very good, but the fried pie was extraordinary; not greasy, well cooked and crunchy. Tortellini d'erbetta as per tradition, right balance between ricotta, parmesan and butter, excellent pastry. We finished with an excellent tiramisu. The wine planned for this occasion was a Lambrusco and a Malvasia, good quality 0 km products. Emilio and his wife are the owners of this restaurant, in a characteristic square in the heart of Parma. We will return for dinner and taste the various specialties.

Located in a small square, away from the tourist crowds but busy with locals, the restaurant offers a menu full of pleasant surprises for the taste buds. The owner himself, with care and expertise in both the dishes and the wines, guided me through a dinner that delighted my taste buds and even exceeded my expectations. A great experience!
