One of the many restaurants I have tried but one of the very few that deserves such a high rating! The owners are very kind and many, many compliments to the chef! Top dishes and organization in the kitchen!!!

Very good experience. I loved it from the moment we got there, as the owner greeted us with kindness and a smile. Everything we ate was very well made and we really enjoyed it. Service was quick. There is a variety to suit all tastes. If you are by car you will need to leave it a little further.

We went to this restaurant on Saturday for lunch for the first time by chance (we were going to Reggio Emilia to follow the Carrarese), the place is very nice, the staff are very kind and knowledgeable, the food is delicious (the anolini in broth are excellent), the wine list is well stocked, the price is right, we will certainly return when we return to Parma

Having made an appointment on The Fork, they immediately accompanied us to the table where they presented us with the menu. We took a platter, the ancient soup and an off-menu pasta, accompanied by a glass of organic wine: all very good. Value for money: 4/5 Too bad the coffee wasn't too good.

Da un po' di tempo avevo nel mirino Operaviva, e ci avevo visto giusto. I gestori sono molto gentili e ti senti a casa, l'ambiente è originale, raffinato e con le luci soffuse il giusto per creare un'atmosfera rilassata pur illuminando benissimo. L'ho apprezzato particolarmente. Siamo state così fortunate da trovare i porcini di Borgotaro come fuori menù, deliziosi in insalata con scaglie di parmigiano. Poi pesce, lo spaghettone con ostrica e caviale di arringa per me insuperabile, ma deliziosi anche il polpo e la salsiccia di tonno, un piatto davvero particolare. Peccato solo non aver avuto spazio per i dolci, ma ci sarà occasione di rimediare. È bello aver trovato un buon posto di pesce in città, non è semplice! Cantina molto interessante... Provatelo!

Nel cuore di Parma, un angolino elegante ed accogliente. Servizio premuroso e cordiale. Piatti gustosi e ricercati, perfettamente impiattati e con adeguate quantità. Interessante la scelta a menù di piatti sia di carne che di pesce e una piccola rosa di tradizione parmigiana. Onesto il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Imperdibile.
