Ristorante Onda Azzurra In Albisola superiore

Torno a recensire questo ristorante vegano dopo due anni e il mio giudizio, non può che essere ottimo! Anche se non sono vegano ho apprezzato negli anni la cucina di Stefania, che cucina tutto con le sue mai, dagli antipasti ai dolci e se ha tempo anche il pane. Ormai è diventata una tappa fissa ogni anno!

Old-fashioned hotel on the Ligurian coast, with a peculiarity: the restaurant is also vegan. We had dinner two evenings and the vegan dishes were really excellent. The desserts are highly recommended!

Great vegan restaurant! Fixed stop for when we come on holiday to the Savona area. Stefania is an excellent cook, helpful and friendly. It also prepares dishes for gluten intolerants. Its mixed starter and desserts are stellar. Also noteworthy is the attention paid to furry friends. In fact, if necessary there are bowls for water for little friends.

The location of this hotel is wonderful, you wake up in the morning with a sea view, the rooms are a little dated, on the other hand the cuisine is excellent as is the service, very welcoming staff.

The rooms are a little old but everything is made up for by the kindness and helpfulness of the owner and all the staff. Very convenient location right on the Albissola promenade. Well cooked and digestible food.

The hotel is simple and has everything you need: balcony or window to hang towels, en-suite bathroom, wardrobe, television and air conditioning (or heat pump). In the corridor there is also a fridge to share. I focus on the restaurant and the vegan cuisine which in my opinion is one of the best I have ever tried. Simple and genuine. Lots of organic products and everything homemade. Stefania is truly a sublime cook and from starter to dessert everything is perfect!
