10/08/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, without a reservation, and despite it being the week of August 15th, they found us a table right away.
We shared a house appetizer to start and were served two decidedly XL courses, so much so that we wondered if they were two appetizers and not one. Instead, it was actually one giant appetizer with a first round of cold fish and a second hot one. Everything was delicious, even the warm focaccia with cherry tomatoes and onion.
While we were waiting for the first course, the owner, who, contrary to other reviews, we found to be friendly and knowledgeable, like someone who has been passionately involved in this profession for decades, asked us if we wanted to try some spaghetti with clams and bottarga from a pan that had evidently been too full. They were divine!
Then, even though we were already full, my Jurassic dish of linguine with scampi and my husband's mixed fried fish arrived.
We literally left rolling.
The waiters and the owner's daughter were all kind, even to our poodle, who earned a few extra cookies.
The bill was €88, including a bottle of wine.
We'll definitely be back.
