Quiet village surrounded by the greenery of a splendid olive grove. Very clean two-room apartment (I underline very clean), perhaps the style of the furnishings is a little dated but that's fine. Equipped with sufficient kitchen utensils and air conditioning. The swimming pool is beautiful, suitable for everyone and very clean. Discreet but present animation, in line with our preference. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location to reach various locations. However, the use of a car is necessary to get around.

Very nice facility, subtle animation. Staff very friendly. At one point the air conditioning went off. It was repaired by evening. Reception super friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and modern. This is our third time here. The only negative point is the restaurant, we experienced a deterioration here. Highly priced and the card was heavily discounted. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly (except Paolo the head waiter). Most of the time it still worked and we also gave good feedback. However, on the third evening the restaurant was half full. My wife's starter came with the first course, but my dish didn't. 10 mins. The pasta alle vongole tasted like nothing. When everyone got their food, I told my son that the pesto was out. I think something like that can be said earlier. When I paid, the head waiter asked me if everything was okay, so I took the liberty of giving feedback. In front of everyone, the head waiter called me Pingeli, I was looking for a fly in the ointment in Italian (il pelo nel l'uovo). The other employees were embarrassed and apologized for it. We also noticed that compared to previous years, most guests tended to eat out or at home in the Villetta. As I said, overall it was true, most of the dishes were okay and a convenient solution for us. But criticism is supposedly not welcome, even if we do it very objectively and don't complain about anything else. But this year things aren't quite right at the restaurant. All in all, the complex is good value for money with the exception of the restaurant. There are better places to eat.

It was our third stay in Oasi Maremma Village and we had a great time. Again. For us it is the perfect mix of relaxing and entertainment. Oasi is a resort that has the perfect size. It is small enough to connect with the other guests, which is perfect when you have teenage kids. Thanks to the Animation Team with Juan and his team (Matias, Joy and Alessia) everyone (parents and children aged 14,11 and 8) had a great time with playing pingpong tournaments, beach volleyball or aqua gym. And in the evening there was a show for everyone. Starting with singing and dancing for the small children to karaoke night or disco for the older kids and parents. The staff from the bar was also very friendly and during the dance shows at night they sometimes danced on the terasse of the bar which increased the good vibes! It was a wonderful holiday. Beautiful village located on an airy hill. I stayed with my family in the deluxe apartment (three-room apartment). Really beautiful and modern house with a front garden and a view of the hills. The house is equipped for everything. The swimming pool inside the village is large and also has a children's area with shallow water and water games. Furthermore there is entertainment every day and in the evening, especially excellent for those who have children and can relax while they dance. Highly recommended for families with children and beyond. The sea is convenient (5 min by car)

I spent an unforgettable week at the Oasi Maremma Village and I can only give 5 stars to this wonderful structure. One of the most magical experiences was witnessing the fantastic evening sunsets, which paint the sky with spectacular colors and give an enchanting and romantic atmosphere. The quality of the food is simply excellent. Each meal is a culinary journey that enhances the highest quality raw materials, carefully selected and cooked to perfection. Each dish is a delight for the palate, from starters to desserts. The village is impeccably maintained, with particular attention to the care of the grass and green spaces, which make the environment pleasant and relaxing. The swimming pool is beautiful and well looked after, perfect for cooling off on hot days and spending moments of pure relaxation. Breakfast is plentiful and varied, with a wide choice of fresh and tasty products that satisfy every type of palate. It is the ideal way to start the day with energy and good mood. In summary, the Oasi Maremma Village is an earthly paradise that I highly recommend to anyone who wants a holiday of relaxation, good food and natural beauty. I can't wait to go back!

Three of us stayed (two adults and a child) for two weeks in the deluxe two-room apartment, with a residence formula (overnight stay only, we did not use the restaurant). We immediately appreciated the kindness of the reception staff and the speed of the check-in procedure. The apartment assigned to us was very livable; we especially liked the outdoor patio equipped with a table for lunch and dinner overlooking the beautiful garden. The supply of crockery and pots for cooking is reasonable, but there is no dishwasher. The covered parking space is very convenient just a stone's throw from the house. The swimming pool has different depths and is suitable for everyone; furthermore there are many umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds to sit on. We really appreciated some of the activities proposed by the entertainment team (water aerobics, baby dance). The location of the residence is a few minutes' drive from the partner beach (there are also many free ones) and also from small and medium-sized shops and supermarkets. The splendid Cala Violina and the town of Follonica are also very close. With a short drive you can visit many splendid places in Tuscany (Massa Marittima, Populonia, Baratti, Vetulonia, Grosseto and many others). If we can, we will definitely return! Francis

The staff is very friendly and very helpful, the apartments are really clean and well furnished, it is a village suitable for everyone, families, couples or singles.....large swimming pool where I also take water aerobics lessons! Very nice location, swimming pool, view, well-arranged houses with air conditioning and TV with a good range of channels; excellent and spacious bathroom, the kitchen is a little cramped but we are on holiday and that's fine, needs improvement: poor kitchen accessories, pots and containers. A little more productive entertainment, a little more soft music in the downtime that makes for a holiday and a richer buffet for breakfast. Overall more than positive. Also given the proximity to the partner beaches and fantastic places along the coast to see in the surrounding area, excellent restaurants.
