Very nice facility in a very nice environment. The pool area is beautifully designed and is enriched by a pleasant entertainment program during the day. Mimo does a great job. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a free shuttle service to the beach in Follonica that runs to/from Follonica twice a day. The apartments are well equipped and have two air conditioning units. We liked the complex so much that we extended it by 3 nights - but without breakfast. Because we found that to be very poor. Otherwise, we recommend the system 100%.

Very good village, beautiful location and newly built houses with all comforts

Holiday since September 16th, so we didn't use many services, such as the restaurant and bar. Beautiful swimming pool and very nice place with lots of greenery and cute little houses. Very quiet.

We stayed a week at the beginning of September in an excellently furnished delux two-room apartment. In the living room we had a sofa bed which could also accommodate two more people if desired. Kitchen equipped with everything you need (a few pans for cooking). The view of Scarlino was truly magnificent! The swimming pool is very beautiful and large with sunbeds available (perhaps a little few in high season). We did not use the restaurant and bar except for a coffee. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy tranquility just a stone's throw from the sea!

Highly recommended!!! It was an amazing 5 days!! Apartments surrounded by greenery, clean and a very well-kept park! Kind and friendly staff ready to give useful information! There is the possibility of both using the beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage and taking advantage of the affiliated beach in nearby Follonica. You can easily reach many tourist places in the surrounding area. Experience to be repeated.

Quiet village surrounded by the greenery of a splendid olive grove. Very clean two-room apartment (I underline very clean), perhaps the style of the furnishings is a little dated but that's fine. Equipped with sufficient kitchen utensils and air conditioning. The swimming pool is beautiful, suitable for everyone and very clean. Discreet but present animation, in line with our preference. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location to reach various locations. However, the use of a car is necessary to get around.

Very nice facility, subtle animation. Staff very friendly. At one point the air conditioning went off. It was repaired by evening. Reception super friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and modern. This is our third time here. The only negative point is the restaurant, we experienced a deterioration here. Highly priced and the card was heavily discounted. Staff in the restaurant were very friendly (except Paolo the head waiter). Most of the time it still worked and we also gave good feedback. However, on the third evening the restaurant was half full. My wife's starter came with the first course, but my dish didn't. 10 mins. The pasta alle vongole tasted like nothing. When everyone got their food, I told my son that the pesto was out. I think something like that can be said earlier. When I paid, the head waiter asked me if everything was okay, so I took the liberty of giving feedback. In front of everyone, the head waiter called me Pingeli, I was looking for a fly in the ointment in Italian (il pelo nel l'uovo). The other employees were embarrassed and apologized for it. We also noticed that compared to previous years, most guests tended to eat out or at home in the Villetta. As I said, overall it was true, most of the dishes were okay and a convenient solution for us. But criticism is supposedly not welcome, even if we do it very objectively and don't complain about anything else. But this year things aren't quite right at the restaurant. All in all, the complex is good value for money with the exception of the restaurant. There are better places to eat.
