Even though it's "only" rated 3 stars, the apartment is really nice. It offers everything you need. Everything is very clean and comfortably furnished. The master bedroom and the living area have air conditioning. Dishes and cutlery are provided for normal use. Okay, there are only 6 regular glasses, but a few simple wine glasses would be great. The apartment has a terrace with olive trees and oleander. The entire complex looks well-maintained and also has a pool with loungers.

We stayed at the Oasi Maremma Village for two nights in September. The three-room apartment was cozy and spotless, as were the common areas of the village. The reception staff were extremely friendly. The pool was wonderful and spacious. The location was excellent for visiting Cala Violina (10 minutes by car) and the local beaches. We didn't use the restaurant or bar, preferring to explore the surrounding area. Scarlino is a three-minute drive away and offers several quality options. We'll be back!!

An excellent experience for a vacation with our three children. Welcoming, well-kept, and clean environment. Helpful and friendly staff. Online check-in is available. Strategic location: quiet and relaxing yet close (just a few minutes' drive) to well-served urban centers.

Excellent resort, well-maintained, great entertainment for children, and a lovely pool. The location is a bit out of the way from the beaches.

The resort is very nice and well-maintained, except for the pool/entertainment area. The entertainment organization is decent, the playground area is poorly maintained, and the children's playground equipment is a bit dirty. As for the restaurant area, it's very well-maintained, with tables at the bar and restaurant always clean and well-prepared. The dining room staff are very kind and attentive to guests' requests. I thank Sara, Samad, and the entire staff for the delicious dishes we enjoyed. The pizza dough was excellent and very light, and the ingredients were of excellent quality, especially the toppings. For breakfast, there's a wide selection of fruit, muffins, homemade cakes, pancakes filled with Nutella and other ingredients, and the products are always fresh. I would return just for the restaurant. I highly recommend it.

A superb experience in this holiday village. My only major drawback is the almost non-existent Wi-Fi, which is only accessible within 10 meters of reception. The large swimming pool welcomes you upon arrival, along with the restaurant, where the view of the Tuscan countryside is magnificent, especially at the last rays of the sun. However, you have to climb a bit to access the apartments, or you can drive around the entire area. The apartments are clean and quiet; nothing to complain about. The real plus was the entertainment team led by Jacopo, who did a great job throughout our stay! Very present between 10:00 and 12:00, and then from 4:00 p.m. to midnight, the team was motivated and motivating, always smiling, and always ready to help. Our two children, aged 7 and 14, loved participating in the various activities, from water aerobics to karaoke to the various games in the pool. The evenings are very lively, even for the adults; we really had a great time! Thanks again to the four hosts! Lastly, the team behind the restaurant is also fantastic. The family who runs it is truly kind and dedicated, always with a smile. The dishes and pizzas are homemade and delicious, and if you have the chance, don't miss the magnificent semifreddo, a kind of frozen tiramisu that's absolutely delicious! A big thank you to Sara and Amad and all the staff. In short, a quality club where life is beautiful and sweet!

Wonderful place, Cleanliness, discretion, attention to detail, and attentive staff. The only flaw, and not a small one, is the restaurant's management. We tried both breakfast and meals... What can I say.... utterly inadequate. I'll go into detail to clarify: - breakfast buffet for €12, with very little choice, no fruit or vegetables except a few apples, The rest was just edible... - dinners: we tried three times, then decided to go elsewhere: Pizza was raw and inedible, Gluten-free pizza brought to the table directly in the aluminum container, from which the pizza didn't come off, but completely shattered... not to mention the taste! Schar's gluten-free bread was packaged. It's a shame that one evening it was brought to my table on a plate, loose, and I only discovered later that it wasn't gluten-free, as I was sick all night. Chickpea and shrimp salad: brought to the table with completely raw shrimp, and when we asked to cook them, we were told they were cooked... when we insisted, they took them back to the kitchen and cooked them!!! The incompetent guy who brought us the wine filled our glasses to the brim, and the bottle was practically empty... considering it was a crisp, sparkling white wine, it quickly warmed up completely... The aperitif spritz, for the price you pay, is served without anything... if you want chips, you have to buy them at the bar! Bitter at the bar, €5 each. It's a shame it's served in the smallest glasses I've ever seen... perhaps in children's games... We gave ourselves a few days to see how it went... but the situation only got worse... so we opted to go out for dinner every night! This is a real shame for such a fantastic location! We sincerely hope to be able to return and find a catering system worthy of the place.

A wonderful weekend, an oasis surrounded by greenery, well-kept and with a beautiful pool, well-organized and with kind and helpful staff. We will return as soon as possible.

Ottimo ristorante... pasta, pane e dolci fatti in casa, cucina molto curata. Anche la pizza ottima. Personale molto gentile. Ambiente rilassante, veramente piacevole.
