The Parisio Restaurant, located in the historic center of Acqui Terme a few steps from the famous "Bollente", is a place that conquers at first glance. The environment is modern, impeccable for cleanliness and order, and conveys a pleasant sensation of care and attention to detail. The staff is extremely courteous and qualified: they demonstrate great competence both in the presentation of the menu and in the professionalism with which they deal with table service. Each course reflects the Piedmontese tradition, reinterpreted with creativity by the chef, who manages to transform the dishes into original and delicious proposals. The wine list is excellent, with a selection that perfectly accompanies each dish. Prices are also balanced and in line with the quality of the experience offered. A restaurant that combines tradition and modernity, ideal for those looking for authentic cuisine but with a touch of personality.

È un Ristorante storico di Acqui Terme, con la R maiuscola perché qui la qualità è ovunque, fino nel minimo dettaglio. Dal vitello tonnato agli Agnolotti e la carta dei vini, siamo stati davvero bene. Un'esperienza da ripetere. Consiglio vivamente. Grazie, Andrea Rossi

Probabilmente sono in una fase di cambio di gestione o di menu ma in sala non ne hanno imbroccata una. In cucina si capisce che lavorano bene ma fuori hanno problemi: non hanno la carta dei vini (e non lo sanno gestire), non hanno i formaggi (!!!), non si sono divisi i tavoli quando cambia il servizio… Magari da tornarci quando si sono riassestati.
