A very interesting Restaurant-Trattoria, exquisite dishes prepared with skill, kindness and competence are the side dishes, I recommend the mushroom-based menus, a rarity here in Brescia. I surprised my wife and came to have lunch and to my surprise I noticed that the "Il Nuovo Inizio" restaurant had a new menu which, reading the new proposals, I would define as "INTRIGANT"

Cozy, clean place, Professional and friendly staff and owner, The owner is very attentive to food intolerances/allergies Well supplied with foods for celiacs. The dishes were made with very fresh food, I ate a phenomenal cut cooked as I requested, The presentation of the dishes is 100 out of 100, Compliments to the Chef!!! Wheelchair accessible.

Welcoming and family environment. It is also possible to order a business lunch and therefore at a good price. The food is good and fresh.

28/09/2023: Ristorante appena fuori Ponte di Legno . Ha vicino un parcheggio , molto bella la location , una vecchia stalla, cibo niente di che , prezzo troppo caro per la qualità del cibo
21/08/2023: Una conferma, anzi di più! Devo dire che il nuovo menu estivo spacca! Peccato non aver fotografato tutto, ma forse è meglio così, andate a scoprire i piatti, ben fatti, con ottime materie prime e presentati molto bene! C’è attenzione ai dettagli e lo capisco dall’arrivo, dalla mise en place, dal benvenuto dello chef e dal servizio, attento, preparato e professionale di tante giovani ragazze e ragazzi (giovani ma che sanno cosa fanno 😉). Devo dire che va messa come tappa fissa di un soggiorno in Alta Val Camonica.
