In the kitchen, Nunzia reigns supreme, an exceptional chef capable of transforming every dish into a masterpiece. Today I had the pleasure of tasting seafood strozzapreti with clam, mussel, and scampi sauce: a symphony of flavors reminiscent of the sea, enhanced by an unforgettable aroma of fresh tomatoes. The cold mixed seafood appetizer? A perfect balance of flavor and freshness. Every bite is a hug. In the dining room, the sweet Nicoletta, always smiling and available, welcomes guests with rare kindness. And then there's Franca, who, in addition to managing everything with passion, lends a hand in the kitchen with her spontaneity and typical Romagna generosity, making the atmosphere warm and familiar. Here you eat well, but above all you breathe love: the love that comes from the kitchen and reaches straight to the hearts of those who sit at the table.
