Piatti tipici della zona, rigorosamente genuini e di qualità. Tra gli antipasti il tagliere di affettati,salumi e formaggi, marmellata e erbe ripassate,ottima la crescia casereccia, frittura di verdure o tempura ,in quanto per nulla oleosa ma asciutta e saporita. Pasta fatta in casa,spessa e al dente,da provare assolutamente tagliatelle ai pomodorini con cipolla di tropea,una bontà divina! Buonissimi anche i ravioli allo zafferano...!!! Patate novelle arrosto con la buccia, ottime, buonissima anche l'insalata mista, lascio in ultimo la carne che in tutta la mia vita non ne avevo mai mangiato di più morbida.... Agnello tenerissimo,sapore delicato e profumato delle spezie . La tagliata,senza parole... anzi si ...un burro ,delicata,tenera al punto da sciogliersi in bocca tra lingua e palato ,se non fossi stata piena ne avrei mangiata un chilo... Poi la torta,fatta da loro, ottimo Pan di Spagna, Crema al pistacchio e gianduia, ricoperta di ottima panna di latte freschissima. A fine pasto,dopo i caffè non sono mancati bananino, limoncello e liquirizia. Tutto buonissimo! Da provare assolutamente!!!!
