The best restaurant in the historic center of Brescia, modern decor and high-level cuisine, with taste and sober presentation. To return.

Small, varied menu, good dishes, but slightly too salty for my taste. Attentive and friendly staff. Well decorated place and pleasant atmosphere.

We've been there twice, randomly, over the last month and had a great time on both evenings. On both evenings we had the mixed fry, once as a starter and once as a second course, truly delicious. Then we opted for the former. I particularly recommend the spaghetti with cicadas, truly fantastic. Wine list with different choices at different prices. Friendly and courteous staff, very particular location inside with the possibility of dining outdoors. I read that the pizzas will be back soon, so I think we'll be back to try them.

This restaurant was a wonderful discovery for us — a must-visit culinary stop if you're passing through Brescia. The flavors and delights of each dish, paired with the excellent quality and freshness of the ingredients, made for a truly memorable experience. And let’s not forget the dessert — absolutely dreamy. Prices are fair, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

Ci siamo stati due volte, casualmente, nel corso dell'ultimo mese e ci siamo trovati benissimo in entrambe le serate. In entrambe le serate abbiamo preso il fritto misto, una volta come antipasto ed una volta come secondo, davvero squisito. Poi abbiamo optato per i primi. In particolar modo consiglio gli spaghetti con le cicale, veramente fantastici. Carta dei vini con diverse possibilità di scelta a prezzi diversi. Personale gentile e cortese, location molto particolare all'interno con possibilità di cenare anche all'aperto. Ho letto che a breve torneranno le pizze, quindi penso che torneremo per provarle.

Had dinner at Nolli with my family and we were all very impressed. The food was special—classic Italian with their own unique twist. Everything was high quality, the service was friendly and professional, and the interior is stylish with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Brescia. Looking forward to coming back!

We went for a birthday, an elegant and very particular environment. The staff were helpful and kind. Excellent food and careful presentation.
