Unique and unforgettable experience, everything was amazingly good, everything taken care of in my details, each course had its own serving cutlery, the homemade bread always on its tray.
Even though we were already full with the appetizers we couldn't refuse the first courses and the mix of equally good second courses, then there is a spectacular view visible from the window of the restaurant, an experience to do and do again absolutely.
Appetizers (seasonal I imagine): various cured meats, chickpeas, meat and cabbage, tuma, fried breaded cauliflower with honey, fried pasta with anchovy sauce, sautéed mushrooms, roasted breaded artichokes.
First courses: pappardelle with mushrooms and fresh macaroni with black pork sauce
Second course: mixed roast: rolls, sausage and lamb.

You are never wrong! You can eat plenty of quality food! We went on May 1st and there was an absurd confusion but the chefs and waiters were very good at managing everything. really super recommended

good value for money, well prepared food with excellent raw materials, plentiful. negative note the poor choice outside the fixed menu, nowadays, the menu is not me either.. for the rest recommended.. but only fixed menu!!!!

The rating could have been very high, if it hadn't been for a girl at the tables who was truly rude.
I'll tell you the fact: when booking we weren't told that it was a fixed menu, the girl told us we had to know. Based on what? Problem: I'm gluten intolerant (not celiac, so I just need to eat things that don't contain gluten and it works out) and allergic to tomatoes. The girl tells me I can't eat anything, that she will make me some lamb. I tell her if she can bring me some vegetables, some rice. He tells me he can't because it's all tomato. I tell her that I find it absurd that a kitchen doesn't have fried potatoes or vegetables yet to be cooked. He leaves telling me he can only bring me the meat. The owner arrives, I point out the problem and he tells me that I will be able to eat everything, except for a few starters, that he will make me bring something separately. For the first he tells me that they have gluten-free pasta and will let me cook it with pistachios. He even made me talk to the chef. And I was brought a grilled lamb. I ate very well and I really appreciated the owner's intervention. A slap at the girl in the room. You don't respond in such a rude manner as if my intolerances were a whim. Thanks to the owner and the rest of the staff I had a great meal.

È stata una piacevole scoperta questo ristorante, cibo ottimo e abbondante. Dall'antipasto al dolce tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Il sapore dei piatti unico e irresistibile. Ritorneremo sicuramente. Consigliarissimo.

Domenica 9 Febbraio 2025 in 9 amici siamo stati a degustare le pietanze del Ristorante Noemi.
Ambiente caldo e accogliente in una sala panaromica e molto grande.
Tutti i piatti erano preparati freschi e con ingredienti di ottima qualita'.
Inizio con 8 antipasti cosi'elencati:
-Frittelle calde di pastella di pane con crema di asparagi (e pirofole)
-Olive verdi schiacciate e condite con olio e prezzemolo (2 ciotole)
-Tuma a listarelle fritta (2 pirofole)
-Funghi trifolati con prezzemolo (2 pirofole)
-Friarelli con Sasiccia a pezzi (2 Pirofole + 1 di bis)
-Macco di fave con salsiccia sbriciolata (2 Pirofole
-Carpaggio con funghi coltivati e limone (2 pirofole)
-salame e lardo a fettine con listarelli di pecorino (2 Pirofole)
Primi Piatti:
-Maccheroni con ragu' di maiale (2 Pirofole + 1 di Bis)
-
Pappardelle con carciofi e tritato di maiale ( 2 Pirofole)
Secondi piatti:
-1 Stinco x 4 persone 1 involtino e una salsiccetta a testa (poco e nessun Bis disponibile)
Dessert,amaro e caffe'
Conclusioni:
Tutto buono e gustoso ma avremmo gradito anche altri antipasti,tipo frittelline di vedure.formaggi di stagione,ricotta calda e i secondi piu
abbondanti e con piu' varieta' tipo agnello,braciole ecc.
Visto anche il prezzo pagato di 35 euro a persona.
