A welcoming trattoria atmosphere, friendly owners with a passion for what they offer, authentic dishes made with top-quality ingredients, delicious desserts, all served by friendly and attentive staff, and for those who drink, a wide selection of wines and beers. What can I say? A place where, in addition to enjoying food and drink, the bill is excellent value. Congratulations to Vincenzo, his better half, and all his staff. We will definitely be back!

This is my first time at this restaurant for dinner. The place is a little dated, but welcoming. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The dishes they offer are local cuisine. There were four of us. I had a platter of local cured meats and cheeses, the perch risotto was "excellent," and a good pear grappa sorbet. Everyone loved it. I recommend trying it. The cost for four people was €160.

Historic trattoria in the heart of Cernobbio, with a welcoming, family atmosphere! It offers generous appetizers, along with excellent cold cuts. A good selection of first and second courses, including traditional dishes, as well as grilled meats! Recommended 🍀

05/05/2026: We went to Mercato 38 and had a really good time. We loved the place and enjoyed the food from start to finish. We started with a platter to share: perhaps not the most generous, but still the right size for a shared appetizer. Then we had pizzoccheri and tagliolini with lamb ragù, both truly delicious. The pizzoccheri in particular impressed us the most: flavorful, well-made, and truly enjoyable to eat. For dessert, we chose an apple tarte tatin with a scoop of ice cream, which was delicious and beautifully presented. While we enjoyed it, the savory dishes were undoubtedly our favorite. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we'll gladly return.
26/04/2026: A lovely surprise right in the center of Erba. We had porchetta with mustard and honey, excellent ravioli filled with cassœula, and delicious breaded char. The staff was extremely friendly, always attentive and helpful. The place is small but very welcoming. See you next time!
