We went to celebrate my daughter and surprisingly we found this Veg place with excellent cuisine, kind and welcoming staff and also excellent quality/price. I recommend you go there even if you are not vegan like me (I did it for my daughter) because it will be a pleasant experience!

We had 2 simple pasta dishes here which were great. The appetizer with Rucola, Seitan sausage and cheese was amazing as well. Only the housewine was lacking in taste, though it is cheap so I won't let it affect my final review. Staff super friendly

Lovely waiting staff. Food unfortunately was not great, I thought I will be blown away by italian pasta but it was underwhelming and bland dish, literally I make similar dish at home but seasoned … I had pasta carbonara with truffle sauce , I was told it contains seitan but there was no seitan.

Fabuloso menú, camarera acogedora y deliciosa comida. ¡Qué más se puede pedir! Disfruté de la lasaña y la pizza y espaguetis y varios otros platos eran muy agradables para los niños. Bonita decoración y aire acondicionado. Muy recomendable

Locale molto accogliente e personale gentilissimo. Una gran parte del cibo mi è piaciuta come carbonara vegana, la tempura di verdura e la cheesecake al tofu. Non ho apprezzato particolarmente la milanese vegana ma probabilmente è stato anche un mio errore nel voler assaggiare ciò che vegano non è e che a mio avviso non ha senso a riprodurre in forma vegana, ma effettivamente è stata una mia scelta. Ho visto transitare anche altri piatti che sicuramente meritavano molto di più. Nel complesso una buona esperienza

03/08/2025: So pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We got the wellness suite with a Finnish sauna in it. Walking in the hotel, we were impressed by the hard wood floors throughout the suite and the lobby. The hotel is old but we appreciate the history of the building being home to the princes in the late 1800s/1900s. The sauna was awesome. I didn’t realize it had a second bedroom. Location is great - in the middle of Florence within walking distance to all the places we wanted to see and the Santa Maria train station as well.
31/07/2025: The hotel it’s self is very pretty and chic. It is a good mix of modern and old world. the rooms are very large with plenty of space for unpacking! I believe the hotel could be 5 stars if they improved in two things. The rooms were clean but had quite a bit of dust. And the room service ends at 10 (should be 24 hours) and the menu for room service is just food from the hotel’s restaurant. the elevator also broke down a couple of times during my 4 night stay. other than those things i enjoyed my stay a lot and very inexpensive for what you get
