We never thought the ramen would be this good! It's one of the best I've tasted, I think they're super underrated. Great broth and if you ask they bring you some spicy sauce that's out of this world! We also tried the Yakitori and they were tender and good. Low cost, highly recommended for those who want to try great ramen and they're not all hype

Not a very big place but nice, open kitchen, friendly staff, medium-low prices, the ramen was good, I tried the tonkatsu, good broth, good noodles and they are not the instant ones, the meat is very good, decent takoyaki. The special ramen is also good. The restaurant is right in the center.

The place is small and cozy, the food is very abundant and good (be careful because it is hot when it arrives)! The anime style decorations are incredible. The service is very fast, but the contact with the customer is the minimum necessary to order. My boyfriend and I had a great time, we will be back!

Se siete alla ricerca di un'esperienza autentica di ramen a Bologna, non potete perdervi Nippon Ramen. Questo locale accogliente e informale offre una vasta selezione di ramen, preparati con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità. Ho provato il loro ramen classico con brodo di maiale, uovo marinato e alga nori, ed è stato semplicemente delizioso. Il brodo era ricco e saporito, i noodles cotti alla perfezione e gli ingredienti freschi e gustosi. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, pronto a consigliare e spiegare i vari tipi di ramen disponibili. L'atmosfera è rilassata e accogliente, perfetta per una cena informale con amici o in famiglia. Consiglio vivamente Nippon Ramen a tutti gli amanti del ramen e a chiunque voglia provare un'esperienza culinaria autentica e gustosa. Adoro Nippon Ramen! Ho provato quasi tutto dal menù, dai gyoza (i migliori mangiati a Bologna, fino ad ora) ai dolci. Per quanto riguarda il Ramen ho iniziato dal lamian tradizionale, che consiste in una pasta tirata a mano fenomenale e ...me ne sono innamorata al punto tale da non aver mai provato gli altri ramen perché penso sempre lui. Il bok choi è sempre presente. Freschissimo e delicato. Portata a parte, hanno salsa piccante di loro produzione con sesamo che è un successo. Il loro ramen è confort food per me. Altri piatti giapponesi come le palline di polpo e il tonkatsu sono fenomenali, serviti sempre con una salsina specifica per ogni piatto che accompagna perfettamente ogni boccone. Inoltre il locale è davvero curato in ogni dettaglio, ci sono manga e raffigurazioni sulle pareti, perfino in bagno. Il bagno, tra l'altro, è sempre pulito e munito del necessario. Consigliatissimo. Ci torno tutte le volte che voglio dedicarmi una coccola, da sola, in coppia o in gruppo.

30/07/2025: After a long time of being unable to book because it was always full, last night I finally had the opportunity to dine and taste some truly special and exquisite dishes.
28/07/2025: I was impressed by the quality of the food offered at Amole Osteria Multiculturale in Bologna: authentic and highly refined Chinese cuisine, led by chef Chao Zeng, who combines elegance and Sichuan flavors with carefully selected ingredients. The dishes—from squid ink dumplings to Bilanciere noodles, to Kung Pao chicken or braised duck—are crafted with extreme care, beautifully balanced between aesthetics and flavor (the average menu is around €20). That said, I found a few small flaws that prevented me from earning a full score: • The paper menus appear worn and disorganized: pages are loose, difficult to navigate, with blurry or incoherent text. • The service, while warm and occasionally friendly, seemed at times shoddy and inconsistent. Some waiters seem poorly trained, sometimes too pushy in their haste, and a smile doesn't make up for a lack of technical expertise. It's not a matter of friendliness; Preparation is key. These details—overlooked menus and service that doesn't live up to expectations—are small but impact the overall experience. However, the cuisine remains the true strength: authentic, original, and high-quality.

09/07/2025: Piccolo locale, grande accoglienza. Come sit usa dire, nella botte piccola c’è il vino buono. Sono sempre in nuove sorprese al palato, ma non dimenticano di mantenere la qualità dei piatti tradizionali. Cosa li spinge a fare tanto? Small restaurant, big world. No matter how the world changes, the pursuit of quality remains unchanged. They may follow the trend and follow the pace of others, but they firmly choose to do what they are best at. Perhaps this is the spirit of craftsmanship.
23/05/2025: It is a small but welcoming place, with a typical atmosphere created by the furnishings and the always discreet sounds in the background, which invite a conversation in calm tones. The cuisine is excellent, very varied and served with sympathy and great kindness. In short, an excellent place to spend a relaxing evening tasting good dishes. Very advisable to book. Also excellent for take-away. Highly recommended.
