A discovery... I ate delicious gluten-free dishes at this restaurant, with friendly and helpful staff. I'll definitely be back...
The prices are incredibly low; in Rome, they wouldn't have even been enough for a pizza.

A rustic basement restaurant that was packed for Friday lunch, and frequented almost exclusively by locals. The menu offers typical Abruzzo dishes at very reasonable prices; on Fridays, there are special fish dishes. We had an Abruzzo starter plate for two for €15, followed by a kind of thick tubular pasta with scampi for €8, and a chitarra alla scoglio for €10, all very good and freshly prepared. The wines on offer were all very good value, and we had a very good Pecorino from Tenuta I Fauri for €14 a bottle. The service was actually quite pleasant, although it took a while at first to be attended to.

We chose this restaurant primarily due to the dedicated gluten-free menu as my youngest daughter is coeliac. Absolutely great place for a family meal, excellent attention to the customer's needs and tasty food. Shout out to Luigi and Massimo (hope I remembered their names correctly), who made us feel at home. Good value for money; it's clear why this restaurant enjoys such good reputation, would definitely recommend.

I'd like to preface this by saying that in Chieti, it seems like you'll starve if you don't book, and when you're traveling with kids and just passing through, it's not at all pleasant because you might not have time to book. Luckily, thanks to this restaurant owner, not only did he find us and set a table for me, my wife, and my 8-year-old daughter in less than 5 minutes, but we had a truly wonderful time. This is hospitality and dining. After trying 5 different places, Nino's, which we found by chance, turned out to be the perfect place. The trip from Sicily took longer than expected, and we arrived on a rainy day, right around dinner time. So, we left quickly in search of a place to have dinner, and finally we tried this one, where we were warmly welcomed and seated. The place is a typical restaurant where the aromas of good food waft into the dining room, partly from the various dishes served by the guests and partly from the kitchen when the staff walks in the door. That feeling of well-being that takes you back to when you were a child and went out with your parents—well, that's what I find myself thinking about in this place, hoping it can evoke the same feelings in my daughter. The staff was very attentive, friendly, and professional. We ordered beer, Coke, and water, then a cold cuts and cheese platter (as you can see, the portions are more than generous), Ascoli olives, arrosticini, roast lamb, baked potatoes, watermelon, and amaro. The cold cuts and cheeses were truly exquisite, as were the arrosticini. The lamb was amazing, perfectly cooked and so tender! The potatoes were not at all greasy, but crispy. To be honest, when I paid, I couldn't believe it. I've paid much more elsewhere and had much worse food. I couldn't believe I'd only paid €48 for all that food and the quality. I'd like to thank the restaurant owner again for welcoming me and my family to his restaurant and for treating us to top-quality food. I highly recommend this place.

The restaurant is located on Chieti's main street, easily accessible by car. I stumbled upon it by chance while looking for a place to enjoy local cuisine, and I must say I hit the nail on the head: the quality of the ingredients served and the service were truly captivating. I recommend trying it to anyone passing through the city, as well as anyone staying within 30-40 km. It's worth it! And last but not least, the price is fair.

Dear but start writing down the orders, you have asked for confirmation of the order several times at different times and you have still omitted some dishes

Classico ristorante in centro con attività pluriennale.
In 5 commensali abbiamo preso buoni primi (particolare i saccottini pere e gorgonzola) secondi e contorni ben cucinati, servizio efficiente e cortese.
Buon vino della casa e conto giusto.
Particolare apprezzabile il tovagliato di tessuto e non di carta.
