We stayed for a weekend and had a great experience. Zoltán from housekeeping really stood out. His English was perfect and when we had an issue with our room, he personally came by and sorted everything out quickly. He even checked in later to make sure we were comfortable. The room was clean, the wifi worked well and breakfast had a good variety. We also used the pool which was well kept. What really made the difference was the service. Zoltán was professional, friendly and genuinely helpful. Would definitely recommend this place, especially thanks to him.

I had the pleasure of inviting my friends to a barbecue dinner at the restaurant at Hotel Nettuno, where I work, and it was a truly special experience. From the front desk to the dining room, the entire staff was incredibly kind and professional. A special thanks goes to manager Brunella, always attentive and welcoming, to the talented chef Cristian, who delighted us with an impeccable barbecue, and to maître d' Gianluca, who took care of every detail of the service with great class. My friends, on vacation in Italy for the first time after visiting Verona, Milan, and Venice, confided in me that they had never encountered such warm, thoughtful, and attentive staff. They felt welcomed like at home, and this made their evening even more unforgettable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking not only for excellent food but also for an authentic experience of Italian hospitality. Thank you so much everyone 🥰♥️

The staff service and the breakfasts and dinners are of the highest quality. The location is excellent, parking is limited, the rooms are small, and the pool water is colder than the lake (after 45 minutes, your lips turn blue). The price is high. The overall impression is that it's not a true 4-star, except for the food and staff.

We were invited by my cousin. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant is beautifully decorated and in a great location overlooking the lake, just a short walk from the center! We'll definitely be back.

I trust Alvise implicitly: we've been friends forever, having known each other since the days when we rowed together at the Club Nautico Paradiso. And it was through him that I discovered the cuisine of Ambra Gigante, now the restaurant's chef, a discovery that has unfolded, dish after dish, over the years. Ambra has embraced and transformed the legacy of Franco Ruggeri, Alvise's father: an internationally renowned chef who, after traveling the world, chose to return to his beloved Messina.
