PERFECT evening. Chiara and Federico express the true essence of catering. They convey their passion moment after moment, dish after dish, with wisdom, grace and precision.
We had dinner at "Nello" on Sunday 23 March for my partner's birthday. We were greeted with a smile by a young, very kind and very nice girl with whom we exchanged some pleasant jokes during dinner. We chose an 8-course free-hand tasting menu from the Chef. The timing was perfect and Chiara, like a true host, explained every single element of every single dish to us. The dishes are all excellent, from the welcome, to the SPAZIAL "Non è una fiorentina" tartare, to the first courses (special mention for their SIGNATURE, the liquid Raviolo: an exploding bomb), to the second courses (I'm still thinking about the Peposo, the best I've ever eaten), finishing with the desserts (how can I forget the I wanted a dessert, a perfect mix between knowledge and processing of the products). We concluded the dinner with an EXCELLENT coffee (appreciation from a Neapolitan is not to be taken for granted).
Before leaving the restaurant, the Chef showed us a piece of history that would be the envy of a museum: a cellar with historic bottles from different eras and ages that would leave you speechless.

Amazing, refined food. Very friendly waiters. For a tasting menu of 75 Euros with 5 courses everything is just wonderful. I ate pasta with cuttlefish and pepozo (stew). Above all praise. The wine selection is average. Dinner for two with a bottle of wine - 150 Euro, not tasting menu. If we need to surprise friends from Russia or the USA, we will definitely come here.

In the historic center of S. Casciano, Nello is that place you don't think you'll find... in addition to an environment with innovative furnishings... Chiara welcomes you with such a sunny smile, that you already think you're at the home of "friends", who with Federico (Chef) create a particularly alchemy. We had the opportunity to talk to each other.
The dishes are carefully and creatively balanced both in flavor and in chromatic care... we did not opt for the tasting menu because the à la carte menu is more transversal.
They prepared a plate of fresh fruit for me at the moment, which I attach, and you can already guess the "level" from this.
CONGRATULATIONS for everything, because opening a place like this in San Casciano was certainly challenging... but your passion and expertise are evident and make everything a pleasant experience... I can't wait to see your next menu since you are in the process of changing. See you soon Valentina

An excellent restaurant that is becoming increasingly noticed both for the quality of the cuisine and for the service in the dining room. All the dishes we have tried in our 3 visits to the restaurant have always thrilled and convinced us. So much attention to detail from the kitchen and super welcome in the dining room. The environment is well-kept and relaxing, you feel at ease for a super pleasant evening. Recommended!!

Nello deserves a star - asap! The food was super creative with a great love for details and unbelievably tasty. Coupled with the amazing service of Chiara, Ristorante Nello manages to create a magic dinner experience that everyone traveling the area should try out.
We have been to many Michelin-starred restaurants before that would have a hard time competing with Ristorante Nello! The exploding ravioli and the “by candlelight” dessert are to die for! We will definitely be back!

Simply Wonderful!
The old vertical sign underlines all the respect and humility that the owners have for this historic restaurant but, once you cross the threshold you will find a modern and elegant location.
Let yourself be surprised on a journey made of authentic flavors and bold contrasts created by the expert hand of chef Federico and served with elegance and skill by Chiara.
The wine pairings are also excellent: modest labels but perfect for the dishes on the menu.
Treat yourself to a magical moment in this restaurant and - at the end of dinner - ask to visit the underground cellar from the 1400s: a real pearl!
Congratulations to these two guys who have created something unique, capable of leaving an indelible mark in the hearts of those lucky enough to experience it.

La mia esperienza al ristorante Nello è stata semplicemente incredibile, degna di un ristorante stellato. Ogni portata ha rappresentato un viaggio nei sapori, una scoperta di gusti nuovi e audaci, ma perfettamente bilanciati. La qualità degli ingredienti era evidente in ogni piatto, e la creatività degli chef ha trasformato ogni portata in un capolavoro culinario.
Il servizio è stato impeccabile, con un personale attento e disponibile, che ha reso l'intera esperienza ancora più piacevole. Non mi aspettavo una serata così speciale, ma Nello è riuscito a superare tutte le mie aspettative. Un ristorante che consiglio senza esitazioni a chi cerca un'esperienza gastronomica unica e memorabile, assolutamente all'altezza delle più alte stelle Michelin.

Tutto buonissimo, ambiente minimal, forse l’unica cosa che mi piace meno è il tavolo apparecchiato senza tovaglia! Abbiamo mangiato “a la carte” l’amuse bouche iniziale è strepitoso, i ravioli liquidi danno dipendenza, la tartare è divina al palato e presentata in maniera super scenografica, l’uovo di Parisi è sublimato all’ennesima potenza! Insomma, bravissimi, tornerò presto!
