In the center of the village there is a restaurant that is not for everyone and is no longer "in" but gourmet with minimal portions. The environment is refined and elegant distributed over several floors. The dishes are as refined as the mise en place, the sensations are always different and often contrasting. The staff is trained, competent and also friendly. The chef has prepared various tasting menus which with the wines always exceed €100.

The entrance is particular with still the sign of the 'old' Nello restaurant while the interior of the restaurant is modern and very welcoming as are the people who followed us in our culinary experience 'telling us' about the dishes and wines. Satisfied for choosing this restaurant and congratulations to all the staff

What a find! The level of creativity, detail orientation, and taste were quite far beyond expectations. The food was so good that, during our first course, my dining partner and I implemented a rule to place the eating utensils down between bites to ensure we savored every taste. The beef tartare was my favorite while the risotto, the “not risotto”, and the Peposo to the East were also excellent. While there was a wait for dessert, the Snello was worth it. The entire experience was amazing. Implement the rule.

Hidden gem in the Firenze area of Tuscany. The No Fiorentina is worth the detour from wherever you are in the region. Excellent wines by the glass as a nice finishing touch.

In the center, very well-kept location even if not very large. Attentive and polite service. I would say surprising dishes... search for new but very appetizing flavours... Very unique presentation of the dishes. I would say a pleasant discovery...I recommend trying it.

18/11/2024: Went here ever morning for fresh pastries and cappuccino, can’t beat the deal. Can tell you as a first customer one morning that it’s fresh everyday. Dawa was an amazing front staff that puts the effort in for every customer she serves. The owner is very lucky to have a hardworking employee like her!
