A true gem! As a culinary guide I get to enjoy a lot of good food and wine, but rarely ever is it as creative and delicious as here at Nello. Service is fantastic; super professional but not too formal. Must go if you’re in the area!

We ate really well! Every dish was carefully crafted, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The value for money is excellent. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
A place where you feel right at home, but with top-notch restaurant cuisine. Everything was wonderful, highly recommended!

What an amazing surprise. Our host at the hotel made the reservation for us. We didn’t know it was fine dining. We got the chief menu, but they modified it slightly to fit each of our diets. The wine pairing was delightful (not all Chianti) 😜. Definitely worth a visit.

An excellent experience from start to finish. The tasting menu was a true journey through refined flavors and surprising pairings, with each dish carefully and passionately explained by the staff.
The attention to detail is evident not only in the dishes but also in the dining room, where each dish is meticulously explained by the staff.
The restaurant is intimate, elegant, but not cold.
Kudos to the staff; they managed to create a beautiful accompaniment to a wonderful dinner. Highly recommended!

Una verdadera joya de un restaurante que fue un punto culminante de nuestro reciente viaje a la Toscana.
Optamos por el menú a ciegas y nos dejamos llevar por una sucesión de fabulosas interpretaciones modernas de la cocina local clásica.
La comida era creativa, muy bien presentada y lo más importante absolutamente deliciosa, un testimonio tanto de la calidad de los ingredientes como del talento del chef.
El servicio fue impecablemente profesional pero amable.
