A wonderful surprise in the heart of San Casciano. For three years, Nello restaurant has been managed by chef Federico Migliori, a young and talented chef who amazes with his modern reinterpretations of traditional Tuscan dishes, a nod to the most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants. Fantastic restaurant. Top-notch service. Every dish is a culinary surprise that never fails to amaze. If you're near Florence, you have to put a visit to Nello on your to-do list! The hostess, Chiara, is also fantastic!

Buongiorno, sono stato in questo ristorante con mia moglie, per una cena di coppia. Sarò essenziale nella descrizione: - location di buon gusto, raffinata e ben curata nei dettagli; - cibo semplicemente spettacolare: ben impiattato, molto buono, sofisticato ma non all'eccesso; - servizio di sala sempre professionale e con un garbo che non è comune trovare nella ristorazione; In buona sostanza un ristorante da consigliare, senza ombra di dubbio. 27/08/2025: Great place to eat classic Florentine sandwiches. Small but cozy, the waitress who served us was very pleasant, and, most importantly, the food was delicious. We ordered the Leonardo di Caprio and the Taylor Swift, and that same night Taylor Swift announced she was getting married. It was destined to be that sandwich. Joking aside, highly recommended.
26/08/2025: The best sandwiches I’ve eaten in Florence so far!!! A really good price and lovely calm atmosphere. The staff were super lovely as well, would definitely recommend!!!

The atmosphere is cozy and unpretentious, perfect for enjoying a quiet break away from the tourist bustle. We tasted a selection of artisan cheeses and salami of excellent quality, served with care and knowledge. Each cut had its own character, and the combination of flavors recalled the essence of the most genuine Tuscany. To accompany it, we chose the house white wine, fresh, aromatic and with a fruity touch that paired perfectly with the cold cuts and cheeses. A highly recommended option to let yourself be carried away by the pleasure of the table. In short, Il Bufalo Trippone is one of those places that make you feel at home, where quality products and friendly treatment are the true protagonists.
