The goulash was decent, but terribly stringy. The potenta was weak and flavorless, but maybe that was the way it was supposed to be... The service was terribly indifferent, unsympathetic, and uninterested in the table. Overall, it wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special.

The appetizers were tasty, the donkey goulash was decent, but the polenta was a disaster, tasteless, mushy, and the service was lacking any basis.

Before our trip I spent considerable time reading reviews and recommendations for restaurants along the way. Osteria Nane della Giulia was one of the highest recommendations in Padua. We split the potato dumplings and the chicken leg. Both were amazing. Another in our group had the donkey stew and it was also incredible. This was one of the best meals we had on our trip. Which matches several of the recommendations that led us to this restaurant.

We booked for dinner. The waiters were kind and helpful, and the atmosphere was very unique. However, despite the delicious food, it was too hot; a couple of fans weren't enough to cool such a large, crowded room.

Ohhh Take your time to find this place, very close to Saint Anthony Basilica, Padova city center and yet, in a peaceful secluded narrow street, here it is . Service is great, food is very " local" old recipies and tasteful well dosed ingredients. The board saying " No Spaghetti No Pizza" should ring a bell ....Enjoy !!!

Locale tipico, prezzi in linea con l’alta qualità del cibo offerto e personale super disponibile, lo consiglio per un pranzo o cena di spessore e tradizione. Bravi!

Ambiente conviviale, vera cucina tradizionale. Ottimi i bigoli. Al weekend lavorano su doppi turni. Conto giusto. I tavoli forse un po’ vicini tra loro.

21/06/2025: Everything is fantastic! Seafood restaurant with very very competitive prices. Recommended tagliolini with Capetonde, delicious! Also very good are the grilled scallops. Very kind and attentive staff. I would only recommend a little more speed. I will definitely be back!
