Excellent restaurant in the center of Padua.
Bigoli with rib sauce and Trevisana cheese are exceptional, as are the pasta e fagioli and the desserts. Attentive and courteous service, reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

After searching for somewhere to eat something typical of Padua, I came across this restaurant, which had no problem finding us a table for four.
We tried a plate of horse meat cured meat with horse meat strips and polenta, which didn't wow me. A plate of Venetian antipasti, including the creamed cod, which was very good; octopus with squid ink and polenta, which didn't blow me away; gnocchi with pumpkin, onion, and meat, which was good; pasta e fagioli, which is more of a bean puree, was okay; and bigoli with duck, which was average.
All in all, it's not bad, but I wasn't impressed. Perhaps it was touristy? I don't know, but I expected it to be more memorable.

We went to this place because it was described as excellent. The place is unique and beautiful, but a bit small for the number of tables it holds. The dinner wasn't very exciting; we ordered three dishes in total: one appetizer, one first course, and one second course. The second course was sent back because the plate was hot, but the meat and polenta were barely warm. It came back piping hot, but nothing special. The price is perhaps a bit high for the quality of the ingredients. Maybe try it when it's less crowded.

Wandering around the city looking for a place to eat, I came across this osteria, which I later discovered is the oldest in Padua. The decor features antique furniture and the decorative details are rigorously authentic. The menu is designed with "modern" tastes using top-quality products. The service from the young waiters is quick and courteous.

Correcto en todos los sentidos sin ser nada especial. Pero es una opción válida. Al estar céntrico te permite moverte sin tener que andar en exceso. Tiene parte de la carta en la calle y eso también es de agradecer a nivel turístico. Y sí, volvería si se diera el caso.

Accogliente e rustico, una trattoria d’epoca gestita da personale giovane e alla mano. I piatti sono classici e ben conditi, i prezzi medi, in linea con quelli di altri locali simili. Siamo stati molto bene e sicuramente torneremo. Grazie!
