Viva Seguno Viva!
Seguno is back! Saturday evening for dinner after a journey complicated by recent landslides. We were a few four tables so dinner in the bar area. The really good food on which the monumental tagliatelle with ragù stands out, served with a small container for additional ragù next to it which in fact was added with great pleasure. The tortelli with butter and sage are also very good, the portions are enormous and it's impossible not to eat too much. Less successful but still good are the cappelletti with ragù made quite small and round as is customary in the hills. Simple but tasty appetizer of cured meats, cheeses and piadina. The grilled pork ribs, sausages and bacon were well made, the bacon was truly delicious. Good trifle and good coffee. For four 80 euros. Very courteous service. We'll be back as soon as possible.
A quick stop, a plate of tortelli with meat sauce and some wine in the company of a motorcyclist friend
The impeccable and very kind service is also fabulous.
La madre di tutte le tagliatelle! Carni alla brace, stratosferiche.
Pomodori grigliati, in stagione, spettacolari.
