Ristorante Mosè In Celle ligure

If I could, I would rate our experience 10 stars! The food was amazing and the service was fantastic!! Each dish was explained to us carefully and the staff was truly adorable with us.

We had lunch here and had a great time! The appetizer was fresh fish, the tagliatelle with pesto was delicious, as was the dessert, "Moses' cream." The price was right for the quality. The owner was very kind! Recommended!!

Part of the restaurant experience is the excellent interaction with the waiters and chefs; they're all pleasant and friendly. The food is excellent and the bathrooms are clean. Excellent!

Too bad it was only open one of the three nights I was there! I chose this restaurant because I care about EATING WELL. Being on the seafront is less important (and anyway, in Celle Ligure, you can't see the sea from the restaurants, which is unfortunate in my opinion...!). I wasn't disappointed, quite the opposite. I ate: Crispy, tasty, and not at all greasy fried anchovies And a dish I wasn't familiar with, and which was a truly pleasant surprise for me: the Chickpea Zimino, which also included cuttlefish. Not good, but VERY GOOD!!! So good that even though I was already halfway full, I had to finish it! And I craved it (in vain) for the next two dinners... The service is "homely," in the sense of (very) professional, but friendly and down-to-earth at the same time. And decidedly attentive to the needs of each individual customer. Prices are in line with the quality offered. The only thing I didn't appreciate was having to pay for a liter bottle of water. I know, it may seem like a small amount on the total bill... but I find this typically Italian practice of penalizing those who eat alone quite unwelcoming. I'd be tempted to give it four stars for this... but you don't deserve it.

I ate very well, top hospitality

This is a restaurant with deep Italian traditions. This year it celebrates its 45th anniversary. This says a lot about why it is so popular among visitors. Where does the success lie? First of all, it is the quality of the food. Which is prepared by a venerable chef. Therefore, it is prepared with love and its visitors are fed here as if at home. Excellent service. We were lucky to get a table for dinner, simply because we came before the restaurant opened. All places are already reserved in advance. Therefore, we immediately booked the same table for the next day in the evening. We would come again next time, but unfortunately we have to leave Celle Ligure. I recommend it. 100 percent quality and enjoyment of food, desserts and a wide selection of wines from the list. Thank you. Good luck with your restaurant.

A special evening in a family atmosphere We really enjoyed our time at this restaurant: the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, like walking into a friend's house. The special touch? Mamma Franca, whose kindness and passion make everything more authentic, and the friendliness and attentiveness of her son Riccardo. The food is delicious, carefully prepared with genuine ingredients. A place where you eat well and feel at home. We'll definitely be back!

Mose , lui innanzitutto è un esperienza unica....accogliente e chiacchierone e davvero preparato. Seconda volta qui e tutto buonissimo , io sono monotona e mi faccio fare sempre il pescato del giorno in foglie di ulivo....ma anche il resto, il fritto , il baccala , I ravioli ogni cosa curate. Vini locali e ambiente caratteristico. Prezzo medio alto ma si paga piu che volentieri
