Ristorante Monte Arci In Roma

Monte Arci is a small, authentic and discreet restaurant that's simply fantastic. The service is lovely, always cheerful and welcoming. I highly recommend their pasta, especially the cacio e pepe and amatriciana, which are incredible. The salmon pasta is also excellent. The prices are very reasonable. The pizzas are good, but you really have to go for the pasta. Bisous de France

It was a very delicious and friendly restaurant. We ordered vongole pasta, seafood pasta, Capriccio pizza, wine and tiramisu. Everything was perfectly seasoned and so delicious that we didn't want to finish eating, and we had a very happy time ❤️ The pasta in particular was delicious with the umami of seafood. There were also staff members who spoke to us in Japanese, so I think it was a little reassuring even if you are not confident in Italian or English. We found this place near our Hotel and I have to say it was amazing!!! The food was absolutely delicious. I was so full but had to eat every last bite. The waiter was so sweet, courteous and attentive. I will be going back again before leaving Rome! Highly recommend.

That means it's good!! 1st was last 25th & 28th April for lunch We also ordered some Olive all'Ascolana and Fiorri di Zucca, 3 different pasta forgot to take pics Patricia is from Melbourne who is the part owner of this restaurant they are very friendly and accommodating.

From the outside the restaurant is not impressive. But once you decide to go in and ask about the dishes, it causes quite a bit of curiosity to want to try their food. I forgot the name of the waiter and the owner, they were very friendly We chatted a little about the food of Rome and surrounding areas, and they helped us understand their menu. Their cuisine has a total homely taste of Sardinia. I think they really liked talking to me, so much so that they promised to prepare tripe in their own style. Dish that was not on the menu. In Mexico we eat tripa (beef belly) but in a totally different style (hot tomato and chili broth). We returned the next day for the long-awaited dish and it was too much for my palate. It was exquisite, very different from what is eaten in my country. The parmigiano cheese gave it an otherworldly touch. I fell in love with your recipe!! The gateau al Cioccolato is exquisite. We will return!!!!

Super cozy restaurant, the food is wonderful, I've been there twice for dinner and lunch, everything was very tasty, pastas and sweets. We were very well attended by everyone and very friendly. I highly recommend it!!

I recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Italian food. The food is very tasty and homely. The pizza is made in a wood-fired oven. We had pizza to take away on the first night because we were tired. We loved it, so went back for a sit-in meal on the following day. We had: vegetable soup, prosciutto, spaghetti bolognese, spinach and ricotta raviolli, tiramisu and chocolate cake. Can't fault any of it. The pasta in particular was very light. The staff are very friendly. This place is a hidden gem!
