You can taste they're handmade with love; the broth is clear and flavorful, just like it used to be. • Roast Suckling Pig: Tender meat, crispy in just the right places, masterfully cooked. A wonderful experience. We ate at this restaurant with colleagues and partners. The meat appetizer was excellent. The tagliatelle were delicious, and the dessert was equally delicious. For F1 and motorsports fans, I recommend a visit. Enjoy your visit.

The Montana restaurant presents itself as a true cult place honoring Ferrari and motorsports, from the chandeliers to the thousands of memorabilia, including photos, parts, steering wheels, and dedications signed by the most prestigious F1 and four-wheel racing stars. The food is certainly excellent and high-quality, but unfortunately it would have been perfect if they'd had a menu to see what you're eating and how much you're spending. The owner who served us was very jovial and kind, and was able to advise us, but if I'd known that a mini appetizer would cost the same as a main course, I would have preferred not to order it and opted for the latter. Let's just say that the disappointment was on this point, which you don't argue with and accept even a little bitterly. I recommend offering a menu to be safe for those with allergies and to be aware of how much you want to spend and consume. In any case, it's a very beautiful and charming place.
