I have been going to Monique for many years for lunch or dinner and have never been disappointed. Good food, adequate service and prices in line with the cooked food. I recommend you try it, you won't be disappointed.

The food is good as is the environment. The waiters were friendly and helpful. The only flaw was having to wait almost an hour after ordering to be able to enjoy the dishes. The recommended wine is excellent.

The outdoor area on the seafront is very beautiful. The service was particularly slow: 1 hour of waiting, despite having arrived early before the room filled up. The quality of the food is good but the courses are small (we had sea bream baked in foil, mixed fried fish and mixed grill).

Amazing place to dine, amazing view and food

I was lucky enough to be able to have dinner here thanks to dear friends from Rapallo. Typical atmosphere of a seaside location and you immediately feel at ease. The first thing I observe in a new structure is the extra virgin olive oil on the table: if it is Italian it is almost certain that the quality in the kitchen is not lacking. The seafood specialties are their calling card and I can only confirm. After enjoying a delicate, tender and tasty appetizer in a balanced way, I focused on their frying: a specialty! Fried properly, dry and very tender. The thing you absolutely must ask for are the sprinkles at the end of dinner: cubes immersed in 90° alcohol with a choice of excellent aromas: mint, orange, ginger, cardamom, anise... Truly a delightful experience thanks also to the kindness of the owners. I'll be back.

The rest follows with excellent raw materials, excellent cuisine, attentive and attentive service, market prices and lots and lots of quality. Five stars and praise! 2020 (covid period...)
