Angolo delizioso tra le montagne del Canavese. Dehor estivo incantevole con una fontana in mezzo a un acero che crea una frescura molto piacevole. Menu fisso domenicale di cucina piemontese saporita ma delicata. Qualità degli ingredienti e menzione speciale per un fritto misto dolce memorabile. Servizio eccellente e molto attento. Giada una cameriera sensibile: un commensale non ha praticamente mangiato perché non stava bene dalla mattina ha consumato una tisana ma ha ricevuto alcune portate da asporto. Un altro allergico all’aglio ha ricevuto una portata speciale come secondo. Tempi perfetti, sempre con il sorriso e una gentilezza rara. Ottima scelta di vini e qualità anche per l’Arneis servito sfuso. Clima familiare e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Super consigliato! Bravi, bravi.

Very nice place, especially natural and clean.

I hesitated a bit before sharing this gem, because lunch at Miramonti in Corio, in the Ritornato area, was a real delight. However, the owners deserve all the visibility possible for the passion and care they instill in their work. Finding wonderful tulips on the table was a lovely gesture, as were the impeccable table linen and cutlery for each course. We started with at least five homemade appetizers, all really excellent, in particular the Russian salad prepared with crunchy vegetables. The two first courses were also excellent: trofie with Castelmagno and a delicate risotto with asparagus and saffron. (A gesture of exquisite kindness: seeing that I didn't like trofie with cheese, they offered me some excellent agnolotti with roast sauce). The second course was a choice between a tender cheek in red wine and a tasty roast venison with potatoes. It should be emphasized that the service is with an all-you-can-eat tray and, if you still want something, they are served without problems. But it doesn't end there: they are served with a freshly made sweet mixed fry, simply delicious. Finally, the choice between a classic tiramisu, a panna cotta with fresh fruit or strawberries, with or without ice cream. Coffee and liqueur (I highly recommend one of their artisanal liqueurs: rosemary, mint or albergian). The price is more than modest for the quality of the food, genuine and prepared with love. A special thanks also to the very kind ladies who serve the tables.

Ho esitato un po' prima di condividere questa chicca, perché il pranzo al Miramonti di Corio, frazione Ritornato, è stata una vera delizia. Però, i proprietari si meritano tutta la visibilità possibile per la passione e la cura che infondono nel loro lavoro. Trovare sul tavolo dei meravigliosi tulipani è stato un gesto carinissimo, così come il tovagliato e le posate impeccabili per ogni portata. Abbiamo iniziato con almeno cinque antipasti fatti in casa, tutti veramente ottimi, in particolare l'insalata russa preparata con verdure croccanti. Ottimi anche i due primi: trofie al Castelmagno e un delicato risotto con asparagi e zafferano. (Un gesto di squisita gentilezza: vedendo che non gradivo le trofie al formaggio, mi hanno offerto degli ottimi agnolotti al sugo d'arrosto). Il secondo era a scelta tra una tenera guancia al vino rosso e un saporito arrosto di vena con patate. È da sottolineare che il servizio è con vassoio a volontà e, qualora si desiderasse ancora qualcosa, vengono serviti senza problemi. Ma non finisce qui: sono ripassati con un fritto misto dolce appena fatto, semplicemente delizioso. Infine, la scelta tra un classico tiramisù, una panna cotta con frutta fresca o fragole, con o senza gelato. Caffè e liquore (consiglio vivamente uno dei loro liquori artigianali: al rosmarino, alla menta o all'albergian). Il prezzo è più che modico per la qualità del cibo, genuino e preparato con amore. Un ringraziamento speciale anche alle gentilissime signore che servono ai tavoli.
