A tourist restaurant, ideal for trying local dishes if you're a foreigner, a little less so if you're Italian. A little expensive compared to the average.
The pesto pasta with potatoes and green beans was uninspired, and the walnut sauce in the pansotti didn't taste very walnut-y.
The Piedmontese puddings were very good.
Outside, we saw a menu that included appetizers, first courses, and second courses, as well as pizzas and focaccias. Once inside, we were given the menu without pizzas and focaccias.
The pizzas and focaccias are from another restaurant, also owned by them and adjacent, but different... from the outside, it's hard to tell.

In addition to the dishes, which were truly excellent, we were offered samples of typical products while we waited for the main courses to arrive. The waiters were extremely friendly and helpful, even explaining the cuisine.
Highly recommended for those seeking an elegant and refined dinner.

The place is very nice, right in the center and overlooking the sea. I tried the business lunch and I have to say it was really, really good. The service was superb, the waiters were very kind and helpful. I also tried two desserts and I have to say both were truly excellent, the tiramisu was unique and made to order. The only flaw is that I understand the "good price" for the business lunch, but the penne with such a good sauce are not. If you really want to go for something "packaged," at least try spaghetti, although I would definitely recommend the fresh pasta. Regardless, I will definitely be back.
