Excellent location, close to the car park and above all very close to the Basilica of San Francesco. Very kind staff, excellent breakfast and the rooms were clean like the whole hotel. We will definitely be back.

What a lovely place! The staff was always helpful. The rooms were just what we needed. Comfortable, clean and we had a beautiful view. The breakfast was included, and was ample and delicious. This hotel was close to St Francis Basilica, which was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel

Very welcoming 2-star hotel in a strategic position, 5 minutes walk from the Basilica of San Francesco. Very kind staff allowed us to leave our bags for half a day so we could take another tour of splendid Assisi. Excellent and plentiful buffet breakfast with wide choice and variety.

Clean and comfortable view with a beautiful view of the city below. Fantastic breakfast with so many choices. Staff was wonderful as well. Would definately stay there again.

Avevamo terminato la visita alla Tomba di San Francesco ed era ora di pranzo; abbiamo preso risotto allo zafferano, prosciutto e melone, tortino di carciofi, caprese, acqua , gelato; tutto ottimo; anche la posizione è comoda ossia di passaggio da e per la basilica e il parcheggio; lo consiglio !

21/03/2025: Small place ideal for a breakfast with excellent products. I tasted the really good classic Maritozzo, I loved it. The best in Perugia congratulations 👏🏻
20/03/2025: The place is near the center of Perugia, it is quite small inside so seats are limited. But the food here was very good.
