Excellent location, close to the car park and above all very close to the Basilica of San Francesco. Very kind staff, excellent breakfast and the rooms were clean like the whole hotel. We will definitely be back.

What a lovely place! The staff was always helpful. The rooms were just what we needed. Comfortable, clean and we had a beautiful view. The breakfast was included, and was ample and delicious. This hotel was close to St Francis Basilica, which was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel

Very welcoming 2-star hotel in a strategic position, 5 minutes walk from the Basilica of San Francesco. Very kind staff allowed us to leave our bags for half a day so we could take another tour of splendid Assisi. Excellent and plentiful buffet breakfast with wide choice and variety.

24/03/2025: Ci troviamo di tanto in tanto a Gualdo Tadino per un fine settimana fuori porta, e per dormire facciamo tappa fissa qui. Abbiamo prenotato per la prima volta in tre coppie e abbiamo apprezzato molto la posizione della struttura, che si trova in pieno centro. Le camere sono pulite, comode e dotate di tutto l’essenziale. La gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff sono impeccabili. Inoltre, la colazione è davvero deliziosa. Consigliatissimo per un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante!
22/12/2024: Siamo stati per festeggiare un anniversario. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, dall'antipasto fino ai tozzetti con passito. Ottima esperienza da rifare sicuramente.

04/05/2025: We returned last night after the reopening with the new management and we were pleasantly surprised... the place has come back to life with changes that make it welcoming and above all warm... the staff were all friendly and the food (typical Umbrian) I would say was more than satisfactory! Then the improvements can certainly be achieved but from what we have seen, the path is certainly the right one! Overall, we definitely recommend it and will return
27/04/2025: What can I say 5 stars because you can't give more! Perfect location for those who want to experience a typical Umbrian atmosphere a few meters above sea level! Excellent food and very friendly staff. Special thanks to Alessandro 😊
