I would like to describe this food as a walk in the forest, breathing in the wonderful scents of nature, surrounded by herbs and flowers. Each course is a work of art, every sense is involved. Il nostro posto del cuore, non una semplice cena ma un’esperienza immersiva nei sapori della terra Toscana e soprattutto delle foreste casentinesi. Lo chef, un artista in grado di raccontare delle storie e di stupire con sapori intensi e prodotti speciali. Là sommelier fantastica e preparatissima, ci ha portato vini meravigliosi e poco conosciuti mostrandoci un autentico amore e una grande devozione a questo splendido mestiere che sicuramente questo ristorante porta avanti in modo veramente speciale. Una perla rara.
